The burgers are great. The fries were a little bit soggy for me I like my fries a little more crunchy but it's all good.
Our experience was great . Isabella the manager on duty gave us amazing customer service and is why we will be returning !
I recently visited Five Guys and had a small issue at first — my fries were not fresh. However, what truly stood out was how “Teo”handled it in this location. When I brought it to his attention, he immediately replaced them with two fresh portions that were absolutely delicious, and he even gave us a $10 gift card to come back.
That level of customer care is rare. The service was excellent from start to finish, and as always, the burgers were amazing.
