“I recently visited Five Guys and had a small issue at first — my fries were not fresh. However, what truly stood out was how “Teo”handled it in this location. When I brought it to his attention, he immediately replaced them with two fresh portions that were absolutely delicious, and he even gave us a $10 gift card to come back.
That level of customer care is rare. The service was excellent from start to finish, and as always, the burgers were amazing.
It’s refreshing to see a place that genuinely cares about its customers and takes responsibility without hesitation. That’s exactly why Five Guys is number one in my book — they don’t leave anything unfinished and always make things right.

“The best hotdogs in all Vegas! The sausage is absolutely delicious. And there are many options in the menu. The ones with the corn are supreme! You can choose a craft or local beer or a michelada to go with your food. Staff is friendly! Seats available inside and in the patio. You have to try them! 🌭“

“10/10 must try again this place is not just good it’s grate . Customer service at its finest. If you have not tried this place I highly recommend. I recommend the squid 🦑 ink on any one you get. We tried almost every drink they have and I will say I was not disappointed. This place is grate for the whole family so make sure you don’t go alone!“

Kid-friendliness: Some of the seating were for small children. It was inside of a Mall.
Wheelchair accessibility: The tables were large enough that someone in a wheelchair could sit as well.“

“The food was very good overall, and the service was excellent. The place was very clean and organized. A bit pricey, but that's the way it is at the Mandalay Bay. The atmosphere could be better, but it's mostly around the common tables, and the casino should be able to improve that. Overall, we had a good experience here. Thank you.“

“Excellent customer service from each person. I walked in at 9:50 pm before closing. I thought they’d be ready to close and clean up. But it was a great experience just from customer service. The food is amazingly seasoned. Thank you.“
