Hard to find good, decent Bbq, this spot is legit😋 Now I need to go back and try other items on the menu.
Good experience, they still have the fish tank from Tanked inside of the original grill on 8-2-2025

Based on the reviews, Rollin’ Smoke at Allegiant Stadium and its other locations is a must-see experience. The BBQ is absolutely amazing, with the rib tips described as the ultimate meat treat—smokey, savoury, and sweet. The chopped brisket sandwich has lots of meat, not fatty, and the chilli cheese dog is a good size with lots of chilli. Other menu highlights include the Texas Twinkies, which are very flavorful with a small heat, and a delicious burnt end sandwich with corn bread. The hush puppies and fried okra are also delicious. The service was fast, super friendly, and the attendant did not make anyone feel rushed. The staff are smiling people who make the experience better. The food is a little pricey but typical for the stadium. The stand outside the seating area is super convenient. There are many BBQ sauces to dip everything, and all are delicious. The bloody mary is also delicious. This is definitely a hidden gem in Las Vegas and one of the better meals purchased at the stadium.
