Showed up hour and 20 min before closing. Manager told counter guy to wait 5 min to take our order. Been waiting 10 min already with only one person in front of us. When manager found we were ordering all you can eat he said he ain’t doubt it. Well turns out we ain’t either letting you make our food when you already showed us signs we weren’t welcomed. Have a blessed day!!

When we are in Vegas, we always stop at Rollin Smoke!!! Best BBQ in town, hands down! This trip, we stopped there 3xs, and we treated our family to a meal there also. I'm at the airport right now with half a club wrap, hoping someone will heat it up for me. Thanks for the Great Food!!!

when I walked in, there were two families and one old guy ahead of me. The two families took at least 10 minutes to order each and then when it was the old guys turn, he proceeded to rant about a freezer burnt chicken wing that he had the week before instead of ordering and moving the line along. The cashier didn't even think to ask another person to open up the another lane as the line had extended to the door and there were seven people waiting for mobile pick up orders. I've worked a cashier position before and if I would've let a line stay that long for that period of time I would've been fired, so it really amazes me that this person didn't have the wherewithal to ask another person to open up the second register to help move the line along. Don't waste your time here because the brisket is dry in the ribs are small and the sauces are mediocre at best. The manager clearly does not value customer service otherwise he would've had a different attitude when he came to talk to me. Don't waste your time here. There's plenty of other better places to eat in Las Vegas.

have been here twice before but then found John mulls Road kill grill. but traveling thru Vegas on a Sunday amd road kill is closed so went with Rollin smoke man what a rip off. I ordered brisket and sausage and what I got was maybe a kids size meal brisket 3 small lengths and sausage maybe about 6 bites sides were good but compared to John mulls road kill grill this was baby portions and will not go back

we went to the original location , the staff were unhelpful and rude ,asked if they would call a taxi for us or had a number for a taxi service and we were snubbed by the staff, imagine being a business in a tourist city and being unwilling to help out tourists ?

Food was ok, nothing to write home about. Staff was excllent. Location was ok. Resturant itself is small and outdated. Would not visit again I've had better.

High reviews from a national publication got us here and it was what you would expect from a Vegas over the top type presentation and excellent burger. We had The OUTLAW Burger.

Great food, great service. You can't go wrong with this place. The ribs are fall off the bone tender and more delicious than they have any business being. One of my favorite BBQ places for sure!

We stopped off here as a part of a Hog Car Tour, so we were able to order off menu. The owner put together a mixed plate that showcased a few things that's made the place great. The BBQ taste was no joke. We had plates specially for us, off menu. We had a platter consisting of brisket meatloaf, mashed potatoes, candied yams, house bbq beans, housemade sausage, onion strings, and corn poppers. Every bite was great and left us with memories of how good it was days (and obviously a week) later. We met the owner, his wife, and a regular waitstaff; all super friendly and seemed happy to be doing their bbq craft. A very friendly atmosphere and great food.

It was a pretty cool place to check out. Service was ok, nothing above or beyond. Had the pulled pork sandwich and it could've used some salt. The Mac and cheese was amazing tho! Ate that Mac up!
