His own secret and don't let the customer service be a issue the man that owns it don't condone their behavior and unfortunately has to still pay they even tho they don't do good but the owner apologized because when I came it was locked and we met him and let me tell you everything was amazing the tamales fixed up was amazing the spice salsa is perfect and the horchata and ice cream was outstanding. The esquite was perfectly seasoned it's hard to find somewhere that just don't coat the top, nooo if you want he'll put extra and layer every part it's amazing, don't skip out on the churros 😋🤤“

“Placed an online order for a veggie burger with no cheese. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed cheese had been added by mistake. I let the staff know, and Kimberly took care of me right away, she listened carefully to my order and made sure it came out exactly how I’d asked. Really attentive and helpful service. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they’re handled that counts. Will definitely be back! Give Kimberly a raise!“

“My family orders quite a bit and everything is usually looks appetizing. Today was a different story. I ordered a 2 scoop Sunde with extra hot fudge and sprinkles($10.95) My mom got the Dubi Chocolate with sprinkles($14.95). What a disappointment. Whoever made my sunde needs to be retrained. Instead of putting the toppings in little separate contains like they always do. This person put the hot fudge directly on my ice cream. By the time my order was delivered My sunde was soup and no sprinkles. My mom's Dubi chocolate looked like a cup of melted chocolate ice cream with none of the toppings that come with it. My mom had to put in her own syrup. I even payed for sprinkles that weren't put on. The ice cream wasn't made with care. It looks more like someone was in a rush and just threw everything together.
