Baskin-Robbins ice cream is delicious. The service on the other hand is mid. They refuse to give ice cream samples in 2023 because it's "Covid Protocol." Another thing I dislike is how little they give you for a scoop or two. Other than that the staff are all very kind and patient with your order. Baskin-Robbins is welcoming and colorful. Great place to take your kids especially on an exciting day (Birthdays, or Winning a sports game, etc etc)
Took my kiddos for an ice cream treat after dinner last night and got really friendly service from a young lady. I tried to leave her a $5 dollar tip but I kept getting an error message on the payment screen. I told her what was happening and that’s when she explained to me that the most I could tip with my credit card was a dollar. What?! I felt so bad because all I had was one dollar in cash. I haven't been in for awhile. The place was busy. But, the 2 people that were working. They were friendly and nice. Emmanuel help me and he didn't waste any time putting my Brownie Sunday together!????I had scoops of oreo and 1 scoop of butter pecan. Keep up the awesome work!
