No urgency, slow service. Took an hour for my online order I put in at 1705 Said it will be ready at 1741 went to check the portal at 1745 no order. 39 mins to get service at the desk. 3 different people looking for my order. Finally got my order at 18:18 then get a email my order was ready for pick up at 18:18. 6 cooks in the back and no counter help. Unbelievable. Get home a 5 minute drive and my pizza was cold. Sad service need new management and employees
Placed order for pizza and bites. 2 of the 4 bites were extremely thin and clerk asked me it that was sufficient. SMH. My dollars are the same size so my bites should be the same size. I had to wait 30 minutes for new ones to be made. I see why they have such a low rating. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.
It’s disappointment after disappointment walking into this fast food. I never have a good experience with them, and yesterday after waiting several minutes the cashier wants to walk out and say “we are not taking walk-ins”! At this point it shouldn’t even be called hot and ready.
