I ordered online and got a confirmation email saying my pizza was READY. I get there and they tell me they’re out of deep dish AND wings…how??? If you’re out of it, why was I able to order it and why did I get a “ready” email?
I placed an order around 4:30 PM and received a notification through the Little Caesars app saying that my order was ready. I arrived shortly afterward and sent my son inside with the pickup code. After about 10 minutes, he came back out and told me our order wasn't in the pickup machine and that he was still waiting.
He went back inside, and at that point there was apparently already frustration among several customers. Some people were getting refunds and leaving.

Game day my butt. Ordered to pick up during halftime. Arrived and told an hr wait cause of systems being down.
