Since I was young Baskin Robbins has always been my favorite ice cream.I am absolutely shocked at what we received today. I ordered 2 scoops. The two scoops were hardly one combined. The girl who scooped them seemed like she didn't want to be there. I was craving chocolate chip cookie dough but all I got was essentially one tablespoon of vanilla ice cream with one ball of dough. The ice cream is all icy like it's old and freezer burnt. I have never had anyone at a Baskin Robbins serve me such poor scoops of ice cream! For the price there should be WAY more! We also ordered a milkshake. That was a waste of 6 dollars. Not even close to a milkshake more like a milk float. I have a feeling there was a tablespoon of ice cream to 2 cups of milk in it. It was HORRIBLE! I understand scooping ice cream for hours on end probably gets tiring but if you know you didn't scoop it completely you shouldn't charge the full cost.

This location did not have regular sugar OR cake cones, and they didn't have chocolate chip ice cream. We've been going to this location for many years and we were shocked. The music was so loud you couldn't hold a conversation. It was awful. So sad. It used to be a nice treat to go there.

I haven't been in for awhile. The place was busy. But, the 2 people that were working. They were friendly and nice. Emmanuel help me and he didn't waste any time putting my Brownie Sunday together!????I had scoops of oreo and 1 scoop of butter pecan. Keep up the awesome work! Thanks for great service and great ice cream!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Baskin-Robbins ice cream is delicious. The service on the other hand is mid. They refuse to give ice cream samples in 2023 because it's "Covid Protocol." Another thing I dislike is how little they give you for a scoop or two. Other than that the staff are all very kind and patient with your order. Baskin-Robbins is welcoming and colorful. Great place to take your kids especially on an exciting day (Birthdays, or Winning a sports game, etc etc)

Took my kiddos for an ice cream treat after dinner last night and got really friendly service from a young lady. I tried to leave her a $5 dollar tip but I kept getting an error message on the payment screen. I told her what was happening and that’s when she explained to me that the most I could tip with my credit card was a dollar. What?! I felt so bad because all I had was one dollar in cash. This girl, (who’s name I sadly did not get last night) was so sweet and had patiently helped my kids while they were deciding on what ice cream they wanted. I wanted to give this young lady a little something for her grace and kindness with us last night but I couldn’t. Baskin you have to fix your tipping policy!

Traveled from Aliante' for Ice-cream. The kind I wanted wasn't pre packaged. The Pre- package sold for $7.99. They told me if I wanted a specific kind that they had to package, it would be $2.00 more for the same size quart! WHAT??!! I asked why, of course she couldn't tell me. Makes absolutely NO SENSE at all why you charge Customers more money for the same quart??

Racially profile today at this location. My 17 year old daughter paid with her own debit card. After walking away the attendant says the amount wasn't paid? My wife stepped in and showed the woman the pending charge for the amount on the debit card . The attendant then requested my wife make another payment . With much frustration my wife just made the requested payment. Now as charges are pending my daughters account I call the store to get information on what if the pending charges do not fall of on Monday or Tuesday ? First they couldn't give me the store location #. Then the didn't have a manger . Next the manger doesn't provide a corporate office number. I was given an 18 digit number to call which I told them isn't valid . They couldn't provide me a receipt of any kind . The staff were uneducated in common sense and customer service . No manger no information on location and no accountability. I will be forwarding my complaint to corporate about this ripoff!!! Be careful they will charge your card say it didn't go through then ask you to pay again. The charges did not fall off my daughters debit card. So we were double charged sue to their stupidity and refusal to concede their own mistake .

I asked for a Banana Royale and told the lady that I wanted it exactly how she made the previous one. Instead she just asked for my two flavors and topped it off with bananas. No other toppings! No cherrys, nuts, or whipped cream. I was very disappointed. Waste of $8. I wish I could get my money back.

They were out of NAPKINS! …. of all things. When asked was there anything else I’d like to order I said yes.. napkins order some napkins please??‍♀️
