Very amazing service. I come here often, and the staff here are very kind. They always keep the space clean, and are very respectful to the customers who come in. The location is always clean and the food is prepared fast and fresh!

Taco Bell on Craig and Cent. Park Way locations offer different experiences. The Craig spot provides great service, especially from the staff, making visits enjoyable. Recently, a customer praised a man working the drive-thru for his awesome customer service, highlighting his thoughtfulness and compassion. Meanwhile, the Cent. Park Way branch still struggles with customer service, as seniors find it difficult to navigate the kiosks. The need to use kiosks for ordering, even when paying with cash, raises concerns about inclusivity and customer experience. However, some customers have shared positive experiences, noting that friendly staff members, like a wonderful lady at the window, create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure that orders are correct. The contrast in service quality between the two locations is evident, underscoring the importance of personalized and efficient service in the fast-food industry.
