I placed an online order on February 5th for a cake to be ready on February 12th. However, when the DoorDash delivery driver arrived to pick up the order, they were informed that the cake would not be ready until the following day, “because that’s what the website told them.” This discrepancy in information caused a delay in the delivery of the cake.After navigating through communication with both DoorDash and the Cold Stone location, a cake was finally delivered. I was craving ice cream! They take the Ice cream and mix in whatever you want! (Strawberries, graham cracker pie crust in a waffle bowl with hot fudge on top) It was fun to watch them mix your order!They were still busy 10 minuteS before closing! Kid friendly! The ambiance is family friendly! The service is hard working and friendly!

Good ice cream, but the employees were too anxious to close the store. The store closes at 9:00pm. At 8:30pm, the tables and chairs were already put away, the OPEN sign was turned off and the employees were annoyed that customers were coming in. We ordered a shake but, they refused saying it was too late to order a shake. If you say you're open until 9:00pm, in my opinion, you should be making shakes until 9:00pm.
