Really bad service from the atenders we was a big group and instead of finished our rorders, the free atenders jump to yhe next people, just to be a nice place to come for an icecream but It the second time that I got a nasti actitute on the people who atend the customers.

Ice Cream was freezer burnt and had chunks of ice in it. I got small sizes and paid over $20 for 2 of them. The woman at the counter did not even come out of the back room for at least 2 minutes when we arrived. She was unfriendly and acted like she did not want to be there. This was on a Saturday. The place was empty and now i know why. Never again.

Worst cold stone shop !!! Definitely ripped me off. Freezer burn on my strawberries and blueberries not to mention not tasteful at all. Definitely ruined my whole ice cream. Unexperienced employees with zero motivation.

I placed an online order on February 5th for a cake to be ready on February 12th. However, when the DoorDash delivery driver arrived to pick up the order, they were informed that the cake would not be ready until the following day, “because that’s what the website told them.” This discrepancy in information caused a delay in the delivery of the cake.After navigating through communication with both DoorDash and the Cold Stone location, a cake was finally delivered. Unfortunately, the custom message I had requested was not included on the cake. Spent $60.41 on the cake and didn’t even get what I asked for very disappointed.

My ice cream is freezer burke. Customer service was a horrible. The lady rolled her eyes at us. When we walked in with my family. She couldn't even say hello. Or welcome to cold stone. Expensive ice cream freezer burnt and horrible customer service not a good combo. I don't mind expensive ice cream, but at least make sure it's not freezerburn and the customer service should be nice.

Says it closes at 9 pm- I had come here the other day & the ice cream was great don't get me wrong , I usually always order extra stuff & they don't charge me , but lately I've had people tell me no or try to tip the extra they want - I had went at 8:30 & they closed they store by then , I knocked & all the three did was stare at me & ignore me - usually if places say they close at 9 it's 9 on the dot not before , change your time . Get better workers

So my friend and I go to this location Wednesday night 9/13/23 and we encounter 2 young ladies working there. I get my ice cream but when my friend proceeds to pay her check, she pays via Apple Pay and leaves $0 tip as she intended to give the ladies a cash tip. As the attendant rings my friend up, she walks to her co-worker and says, “no tip”. The other attendant barely fills my friends cup and throws nearly half of my friends pre mixed ice cream in the trash. Their behavior was definitely cringey.

I have to say , some staff will make you or break you in any business . Today 8/20/2023 at 17:55 we enter this facility to order our usuals treats from Cold stone . We walked in ,the staff member mumbles between her teeth can I help you ? But she was not looking at us; so I thought that she was not talking to us . Her body language was so bad that we refused to continue ordering . So we told the staff member sorry we change our mind . This girls are so angry at this place and all we wanted was to relax and enjoy the cold stone ice cream . Well maybe next time .

Soooooo I went to get my usual and one of the girls decided to text on her phone and play in her hair all before making my order. I asked her to wash her hands and she immediately got an attitude and had someone else make my order. The point is she had the nerve to get an attitude and she was being unsanitary!!! Just make sure they are using the gloves that are provided for them or have them wash their hands because no one wants to get sick….other than that the ice cream is always amazing :)

Bad experience we were a party of 14 and the works were hurrying us up despite not being more customers. Plus to top it of they put a small ice cream cup inside a medium and charged for a medium even though it wasn't even full. Bad customer service. Won't go again to get ripped off.

Ice cream was good. The large was big enough to split. Bad part is just a scoop of ice cream is the same price as something with toppings.
