Dave's Hot Chicken offers some of the better tenders from a fast food location, with notable menu items like the 'Not' chicken slider and X X hot tenders being praised for their flavor. The vibes at Dave's are immaculate, with good music playing and staff members enjoying their work. The food is good, with the medium and hot sandwiches differing mainly in spice level. The staff's cleanliness efforts are evident, as tables are clean and the soda area is neat. The Dave's sauce is a tasty addition, and customers appreciate receiving packets of their fry sauce-type sauce, which reminds some of In-N-Out's spread. The chicken sliders are described as really good, juicy, and crispy, with the mac and cheese being very cheesy. The portions are large, and the rub has an unexpected sweetness that may be added to tame the heat. Overall, Dave's Hot Chicken is a popular choice for those seeking delicious and flavorful chicken dishes, and the friendly service enhances the experience.
