“Was craving molcajete and found on Google. Small restaurant. Clean with vibrant colors. Served chips and salsa upon arrival. Good variety of hot sauces. Our food came out sizzling hot. Dish was $37 for shrimp, chicken, steak, octopus, Nopales, and tortillas. Very flavorful rice and beans. Good size for price. Took a lot to go. Will be back.“
“Inside is nothing special, which made me very skeptical. We were also the only ones there at lunch on a Saturday . We ordered and took our food home and holy cow I was impressed! Huge portions full of meat, cooked deliciously. Got the brisket and bacon Mac. Shows that first impressions don't make the meal! We will be back definitely and I will spread the word how great this place is!“
“This place is ???. They don’t skimp on rice,meat,veggies portion size for regular bowls , everything fresh, great pricing, sauces and no hassle to get extra sauce . You can go here year round and not get tired of it. Have gotten it delivered and food quality remains the same.“
“This place feels like a diner from somewhere like Tennessee. The food was good, albeit a little greasy. Iced tea, biscuits, bacon, home fries, and my wife’s scrambled eggs and French toast were all good. I ordered scrambled eggs and they gave me runny eggs. I also ordered home fries and they almost brought hash browns but caught it at the last minute and brought the home fries out later. My wife’s fruit cup was a little basic - just some banana, cantaloupe, and blueberries. The gravy tasted like it was made from scratch instead of a packet. The service was good, they just need to write orders down or work on getting them correct. With tip it was about $50 for breakfast for two people. “This place was awesome! We came in with a large group of 14 on a stop on our road trip and they accommodated us with a smile. The food was perfect. I got the Water Street Burrito and it really surprised me, the green sauce was flavorful and the avocado was fresh. I also tried a few bites of the Chicken Fried Steak which was cooked perfectly with yummy gravy. Please give this place a shot, i promise it’s worth it!“
