“Mike was awesome, the whole team was very professional and efficient with getting everything in and out of the facility. They were ready, even a little early to start serving as scheduled. At the end of the event they took all the trash and cleaned up the kitchen when they were done, it was like they weren't even there.

The hors d'oeuvres were great, and I must say that is the best basil on the skewers I have ever had. The chicken and vegetable lasagna was awesome. I didn't have any beef from the carving station but people loved it and said how tender it was.

The food is delicious, the service is top-notch, the owner and chef is delightful, and the cafe is adorable and very fun. It is cheerful and playful and you can try on silly hats and props and the food is not only delicious but it is presented with so much care and creativity. It was also a great place for us to catch up. So peaceful and calming to the soul, unlike being in a loud restaurant. I felt like I had been there maybe 20 minutes when I looked down and 1 1/2 hrs had passed! Will definitely come again! Thank you, Chef Sweetser! What an oasis you have created in the desert!“
