“Lovely experience at this diner on the way to visiting the Hoover Dam!We got lunch but would love to go back for breakfast.the standouts: french fries with ranch, pork chile verde soupThe service was amazing and price was a good value for what you got!”
“This is definitely one of the best breakfast restaurants in Boulder City, especially if you want a good Mexican style dish or enjoy something on the sweet side. My wife and I have been coming here ever since they opened up and decided to finally write a review because we find that we always talk about how much we enjoyed it after the fact. Sure, it's not downtown but in a way, that's what makes it so nice and more of a locals joint. While they often have a lot of people dining in it, we've never found it to be overly crowded or had to wait too long for a table if at all and even on a weekend. On our last visit, I had the chilaquiles con huevos with green sauce and chicken and holy cow, it was the bomb! I absolutely loved that the chips were still crispy even though they were drenched in goodness and the chicken was simply delicious. Loved the fact that it was spicy as well. My wife had the french toast with strawberries and bananas and it was just as amazing. This is definitely someplace that I would recommend to anyone passing through town or for any local that hasn't given it a try yet.”
“Amazing experience. Options for everybody! My parents are veg/vegan and they had food options for them.Staff was super friendly but also professional and efficient. We will come back for sure. Thanks for making our Friday afternoon so enjoyable.”
“Comfort home style cooking. Home style seating where your told where to sit and not necessarily escorted to your seat. Family style waitressing where I was called 'Honey' and my brother-in-law's wife was 'Sweetheart'. Good sized portions, reasonable prices and an enjoyable experience.I recommend the homemade meatloaf with mashed potatoes and extra gravy. Yum!”
“Daily happy hour 2-5 PM wing deal at $0.75 per wing. Go with the spicy BBQ sauce, you won't regret it.We had a build your own platter of brisket and a tri-tip sandwich w/ the 50-50 cowboy beans and mac'n'cheese mashup. While BBQ sauces are available, if you use them, you'll miss out on all the subtle flavors imparted by the meat. The 50-50 was double comfort yumminess in a single bowl; a great option for the indecisive! For dessert, we had the peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream and caramel drizzle. That was a perfect fini to a fantastic meal.Throughout our visit service always included a smile and a willingness to answer questions and provide really good recommendations. If we ever make it back this way, we will definitely visit again.”
“Great place to stop and have a bite to eat. If you are driving through or taking a break from off roading this is the best place in town. Great burgers and amazing service. Gives you small town diner feel while having big time taste. If you are looking at multiple places, stop. This is the one. Come in. Grab a cold beer and enjoy a burger!”
“I happened to walk by this place on the way to an appointment next door. It was Taco Tuesday ($1.25 street tacos) so decided to stop in. Delicious tacos!! Generous meat portions especially for a street taco! This may be my local go to on Tuesdays!”
“The reviews for the amazing food and service were 100% correct. We had a great time and wb coming back for more. The staff assisted us in getting mom into the restaurant and we truly appreciated the wonderful act of kindness ❤️”
“Finding GREAT Asian food in Vegas has been hard. Today, we tried a place that I heard about from the Las Vegas Food Scene Facebook page. This group was right on the money! Absolutely delicious. The outside of the building is pretty bland. The food definitely is not ☺️. The place is spotless. Attentive, friendly service. We had Kung Pao chicken and broccoli chicken. The lunch portion included rice, choice of soup and egg roll too.We split a Lucky Buddha Beer. How fun is that bottle? ?Worth the drive to Boulder City. We’ll be back. ?”
“One of the most underrated restaurants I’ve been to in awhile! Careful! if you are driving through Boulder City you might miss it!! Great hole in wall Restaurant, great service! friendly staff and the chef/cooks are cooking up 5 star meals! We got garlic butter bites, side salad, cheese ravioli, buffalo chicken ranch pizza and no complaints about ANY of the food and that is hard to come by! We will go back and try different food soon!”
“After a nice morning at Lake Meade we stopped here for a late lunch. We got a large pepperoni pizza. It was good but a little bit too greasy for my taste. I got a slice of cheese pizza for my son and he fully enjoyed it. The salad that was enough to share among two people. If you’re in the area and want pizza I highly recommend you come grab a slice here. Hot and cold sandwiches are also offered.”
“Delicious fresh hotdogs and "Mom" is such a beautiful person. I drive from my place 15 miles away to enjoy her tasty dogs twice a month. My favorites are the chili dog and the Chicago dog! Yummy!”
“Had the 5 meat pizza. Was super good. Waitress was awesome. Pizza dude with the mustache saw us leaving and said thanks and drive safe through the screen window ?????”
“Friends took us here our first time in town it is a favorite of theirs. Now one of ours too. The sizzling sausage fajita type dish was awesome. Everyone wanted a bite. Hard not to share when it is all so good. Awesome people serving us.”
