Customers are greeted with smiles and genuine kindness, and regulars are remembered by name, with baristas sometimes preparing a drink before they reach the register. It is a chill environment to work in, with good WiFi, and it is a great, quiet place to lounge around, especially later in the night. The strawberry matcha is delicious, and the passion tea is a favorite. Service has always been the best, drinks are correct, and there is never a long wait. However, cashiers consistently forget to give personal cup points, which has happened about four times. The app should give a better estimate of wait time, as a 5-minute estimate led to an additional 10-minute wait. Despite this, the staff is the nicest and kindest crew, and it is a wonderful stop for coffee and kindness.
