The general manager reached out to me directly and offered to remake my order. I appreciated her offer and following up on my feedback.

Check your order before you leave the restaurant if it's a large order.
I placed an online order for 4 Family Proteins (all grilled chicken) and was given a family chicken meal, which includes 2 Rice and 1 Veggies.
I basically paid $80 for a family meal, which is $32. I lived 25 mins from this location, so I wasn't going back. I submitted feedback through their website, so hopefully I can get refunded the difference.

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Best Landing Ever — 10/10 Would Fall Again” So there I was, minding my own business, enjoying the in-flight peanuts at 35,000 feet, when gravity decided to spice things up. One wrong step, and boom — I’m free-falling like a majestic bowling ball with commitment issues. No parachute, no plan, just pure aerodynamic panic. As I plummeted through the clouds, I saw my life flash before my eyes — mostly memories of me saying, “It’s fine, I’ve got this.” Spoiler alert: I did not got this. Then fate intervened. Out of all the places on Earth, I crash-landed right through the roof of Houston Hot Chicken like a meteor made of confusion and regret. I didn’t so much land as I reintroduced myself to the concept of gravity. Tables flipped, fries flew, and someone screamed, “Bro just DoorDashed himself!” The employees, absolute legends, didn’t even flinch. One handed me a napkin, another asked, “You want that mild or extra hot?” My spine said mild, but my soul said let’s make it worth it. I left that restaurant smelling like jet fuel and Nashville seasoning, but with a heart full of gratitude and a stomach full of dangerously good chicken. Final verdict: Service — 10/10 (They didn’t call an ambulance until I finished eating.) Atmosphere — explosive. Food — so hot it resurrected me. Would recommend? “You know, unlike Starbuck's... I feel good after spending a few bucks for a bit of food for a snack or a full meal! It is actually very reasonably priced and I love that! Please keep the food real, the prices down, and the kids working educated! I believe whatever you are teaching the line attendants will carry them through to a real-world where they can actually communicate with others. (some chains just dont see the benefit). Thanks! “I had a good experience this morning at the location in Henderson off of Eastern.
Luis J was very helpful as it was my first time there. He explained everything well and also told me what his favorite was.
While I was eating he came to check on me and see how I liked the food. He was professional and very polite and friendly.“

“This looks cation is really busy so the workers are under a lot stress but the do a great job. The service can be a bit slow because of how much they have to do during busy times.

They have always done a great job getting me all my items and keeping the food consistent. I don't mind waiting since the food is hot and not sitting staged for a long time.“
