KFC is a fairly average fast food restaurant with decent service. The drive-through experience is fairly fast, but the biscuits may not always be fluffy. The restaurant appears clean, although some customers have noted that tables and chairs can be messy. The staff is friendly, but there have been comments about the manager being less approachable. The $20 fill-up box is a good deal, providing enough food for two people, including fried chicken, nuggets, fries, biscuits, and sauces.
