I went thru drive thru and picked up a pollo bowl and upon eating it at home there was no taste to the food. The rice and beans had no flavor at all. The chicken also no flavor. The salsa watery and no flavor. I have never had food that had no taste to identify it. The texture was mushy and the salsa was watery with no taste. I had to trash it before getting sick.
great food and service the cashiera are always nice to me and always give me what I asked for. it's a little pricey but if the food is great it doesn't matter
Mostly self service. You type in your own order, you tske to your table your self. Food is mediocre and flavorless or it tastes undescribably awful. Was my 1st & last time I would ever eat at this chain.
