This location has the most incompetent workers I’ve had to deal with. Every time I order from this location on DoorDash, the food is either cold or there’s an item missing. I wish I could get my money back all the time. Unfortunately this is the only El Pollo Loco in the neighborhood. I hope they fire the imbeciles in the kitchen and get workers that aren’t illiterate and know how to read an order. If I could rate this location ZERO stars I would.

Always loved their food but was shocked at their price increase! For 20 pieces of just chicken I paid about $42. That's insane for chicken????? Never again!!!!

The drive-through lady with short dark hair, Chastity, is very sweet, helpful, pleasant, quick and kind. She is an exceptional employee. I eat here a lot and she knows what I like! They also offer a senior discount, which I truly appreciate.Dietary restrictions: In case you have celiac disease or food allergies and don't know where you can get a g-f meal on the go. El Pollo has a kids' meal with 2 chicken leg drumsticks, a small side order of rice, and 2 white corn tortillas and it's gluten-free. YEA! I like to add sour cream to my Spanish rice and it's yummy!

From many other Pollo Loco restaurants, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This store is not meeting the standards. They serve food short of the condiments shown on the menu. Specially on orders to go. With the excuse that they ran out. Chicken is often dry. They want to charge you for extra dressing when they minimize the quantity on what is included. Seems like they are trying to stretch their supplies cheap and low quality service. I returned a few times despite because is the closest, but I will not return after today. Check your orders and food. I'm sure others have issues with this location and their poor management. No stars ✨️ at all. In addition, the place needs maintenance.

decent quick protien. cannot complain at all but just mediocre food as you have to add seasoning salt and pepper and hot sauce as it comes without any of that. but in a pinch always good food
