“I love this one! Much better than the auntie Annie's upstairs! The person helping me had no bad attitude. I was helped right away and their pretzels are always good and the never disappoint! Go here instead of auntie Annie's at the gallaria mall it's much better!“

“I was able to grab some hot fresh pretzels on the way out of Walmart for my kids. They loved having a treat after the shopping trip! The customer service is amazing. I'm glad they opened up a location right in Walmart. I will definitely come back during my shopping trips!“

“While the manager at the time seemed frantic due to it being SuperBowl Sunday, she was very helpful and was able to prepare our order very quick. The deal for the pretzel bucket came with drinks; we decided to do without it and she had went ahead and gave us dipping sauces instead. Although the reviews of how she extends her treatment to her employees are valid, I do think that our anecdote with her service was pleasant and efficient. I definitely think there's some opportunities for her to be less abrasive with her team, and I hope that she is able to foster a better working environment in the same manner she was able to cater to us.“

“Just left the Walmart with my delicious fresh bag of pretzel bites. The man behind the counter stop what he was doing to make me some fresh bites and did it with a smile. I asked for extra butter/oil and salt and he happily did it.

I wish I knew his name so he got proper credit, he's a white bigger guy with glasses and beard. Really he is such a lovely person. Definitely somebody you want working for you and promoting your company.

“Have not had an Auntie Anne's pretzel for awhile. My daughter and myself enjoyed one after we ate dinner. Was good, not the best. Ordered Original Pretzel, remember it being more buttery. Still good, will return on my next visit. Where I live the nearest is hours away.“
