“Best pretzels I've ever eaten. And unlike other reviews of no one there, I found that all three different days and times I went in the week I was in Vegas they were open, the guys working were super nice, pretzels were warm and fresh and buttery. Ummm gonna miss those pretzels. We were a large group of ladies and we all were raving about how good they were. So if your ever on the Vegas strip stop by the miracle Mile Mall find wetzels and get a pretzel. It's totally worth the effort.“

“Not as fresh as usual, but still good. I had a buy one get one free coupon that they refused to honor because it did not have a barcode, so that was a bummer. The coupon came from them and had not expired, they should have honored it. Oh well, will still visit in the future because my family loves their pretzels.“

“Came here after buying some stuff I needed in the store and got pretzel bites and a frozen strawberry lemonade. As the girl who was serving us was getting our order, she realized that the pretzel bites were rock hard and stale and that she didnt feel comfortable selling us poor quality food. She was honest and transparent and told us we could either substitute the full-size pretzel version or get a refund for them. We ended up taking the full-size pretzel, and we felt really good about the service she gave us. Definitely made us feel respected and cared about even though we were some random everyday customers.“

“I asked for fresh pretzels since my toddlers will only eat them if they’re hot. Employee was so nice about it told us the wait was about three minutes. As soon as they came out he gave us our order and they were amazing! I was able to use my rewards for a free pretzel bites and they even gave us a large. The employee even put them on separate bags so my kids had their own. ?
A little pricey but this place was probably the best one I’ve been to. We will stop here again when in the airport“
