Sad to see how far downhill Auntie Anne's has gone since COVID. Came to this location on 5/09 because I had an offer for a free "classic pretzel" for my birthday, only to find out that half of their pretzels are no longer on the menu like the sour cream & onion, jalapeno or the garlic pretzel. They took their best pretzels off the menu. But at least they still have the pretzel dogs and mini-pretzel dogs. Everything was fresh and tasted great BUT the pretzel bites could’ve been just a bit warmer and softer. Lady who was working is super nice. Strawberry lemonade is actually good and doesn’t taste like pure syrup.

I used to work and sadly found a better job but I would recommend giving it a try they taught me a lot and the coworkers are really nice and supportive the manager josh is nice and always in a good mood for the customers the pretzels are delicious but sadly too far away from me
