Everyone there seemed new , no one knew anything that was going on , what kind of pretzels they had what the wait times were, no manager on duty.So I Ordered pretzels 2 cup one salt and another almond butter , to find out after they said they do have them that they don't and would have to wait 15 min, so we said no thank you asked them for cinnamon and the girl said ok , charged us then came back and said we would have to wait 15 min for those also, when we asked for a refund everyone was confused as to what needed to happen. We asked for a refund to what they replied we can't we don't have the authorization theres no manager available, so they told us they will get us the cinimmon cup bites , they just rolled regular old pretzels in the sugar and handed them to us. We were very disappointed, service sucked , pretzels were not good not even the salted bites they were a bit stale, would not recommend this location and steer clear of them take your business elsewhere. Staff needs a lot more training in both customer service and making pretzels .

Tried going 15 minutes before they closed but they already cleared everything out, usually takes 2 min to check out so I didn't think it would be a big deal but these guys are pretty much done a half hour before closing time

Horrible staff, the staff was out of uniform, rude and dirty looking. It's sad to see how bad this location has gotten. They deserve a negative 10 for this location out of 5.

Register person is not paying attention and ordered the wrong order into the system. They were also not in uniform. All 3 employees have dirt and grime on their shirts. Idk about the protocol, but shirts are not tucked in either. Speaking voice can not be heard and will give attitude if they are asked to repeat themselves.

Sad to see how far downhill Auntie Anne's has gone since COVID. Came to this location on 5/09 because I had an offer for a free "classic pretzel" for my birthday, only to find out that half of their pretzels are no longer on the menu like the sour cream & onion, jalapeno or the garlic pretzel. They took their best pretzels off the menu. But at least they still have the pretzel dogs and mini-pretzel dogs. Unfortunately, a visit here will only happen when I have a free pretzel offer going forward. Such a shame because Auntie Anne's a favorite. I guess this means more trips to Wetzel's Pretzel's now.

Triple checked the store hours on their website, Google, and Yelp. Arrived at 9:15 and they said they were closed. There goes my pepperoni pretzel ‍

Michael was our server and became very irritated when I ordered 3 cups of original, no butter. He made it very clear that he was not happy about it. I guess not being able to just grab the ready ones were just too much for him. This experience was so disgusting. I will NOT be back.

Everything was fresh and tasted great BUT the pretzel bites could’ve been just a bit warmer and softer. Lady who was working is super nice. Strawberry lemonade is actually good and doesn’t taste like pure syrup.

They don't really serve pretzels after 6:30pm despite their closing time of 8pm.

Bought a bucket of pretzel dogs off Grubhub and they were all burnt.
