I loved this place, I got the Tonkonsu Ramen and it was great! I loved the broth and the noodles of the ramen. I also like those walls of ramen bowls, fits perfectly to the restaurant! I definitely recommend coming here and getting a ramen!
I was in Vegas for a business trip, I stayed at Red Rock and 8 Noodle Bar is a restaurant in the resort.Service: I sat at the bar where there was no wait time and my food came out very quickly. Service was more quick than it was friendly.Ambience/Crowd: It’s a place where anyone could eatFood/drink : 6/10 I had the spring rolls and lo mein which were delicious and packed with flavorWill I be back? Yes, but I would try other food

One of the best kept secrets in LV.If you are ordering ramen-probably not your place ?.I drive 30 min to eat here every week.Could be a bit slow for food to come out or you may have to wait at times. Knowing this I never wait .Orange chicken or general tso-large portion with big white meat chunks with chili oil and flaked shallots- yummy.
