While our sever was amazing, we wanted to give a shout out to Eric as he was super attentive and wiped down our baby’s seat and checked in on us. “Normally we have good experiences with BWW. Yesterday was a bit different. Service was really good, and our server was very friendly and quick. When our food was quickly brought out, we were surprised that it was done so quickly. I mean it was no more than 5 minutes from ordering. The wings were somewhat cold. They were cook through, but they tasted more like a batch of wings were pre-made then sat for a bit, and when our order was placed, they took the wings and mixed in our sauces, then served. We had to send them back to be reheated. The taste was just okay. Service was good. We were just disappointed for this visit.“
