“We had two groupon certificates for this great restaurant and tried it yesterday and today. The decor is beautiful in pinks and deep greens and our server today Raffi was so much fun to talk to and was so efficient. I had the pork belly dish on potato's which was delicious and my husband had the chicken and waffles which he loved and got again today. I liked that the chicken wings were hot and juicy inside and crispy and not greasy on the outside. I had the banana bread french toast today and it was sweet and delicious with cooked banana's on top and cream cheese provided also to add to it. I wish we lived in Las Vegas as we would be here every week if we were not just visitors in town for the week“
“If you're looking for some good cafeteria-style Filipino food that many Filipinos familiar with karinderia style food, then this is your place. It's right next to and blends in with the store next door and there really isn't much space to eat (except for two or three open tables), but for the classic Filipino helpings like kare kare or bistek or even treat pancit bihon with great portions and great prices you can't really go wrong with any choice. The pork barbecue is a must have. The service is also great and they're very helpful and patient even with novice eaters of Filipino dishes.“
“Update - it is permanently closed. We are seriously depressed about this development.We have eaten at Mang Felix Henderson several times as we make our way through their impossibly large menu. The best we've had is the weekend special pork belly, which was the most tender, flavorful version of lechon we've found in Las Vegas. The Vietnamese food is also excellent. Unlike most restaurants that try to serve more than one kind of Asian food, this one is good at all of them due to its founding by a group of chefs who each know their own cuisine. That said, you can tell by the crowd the Filipino food is the main attraction. This is a great option particularly for a group since there is something on the menu for everyone.Wheelchair accessibility: it's a big restaurant with plenty of room for a wheelchair.“
“Food was delicious. The chicken inasal is amazing. They cook the sinigang pork perfect. The daing was big and delicious. Salmon teriyaki bowl was delicious. Overall one of the best Filipino places to eat. It was worth my 30 minute drive. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for amazing Filipino food.“
“Just happen to be around this area and wanted to check this place out. They opened last year. I ordered food to go. I wanted to take the drive through so bad but I didn't. Not sure if someone was actually manning the drive through but I assume so because it was open! I went in and did the 2 items with rice or pancit. I got the sisig and chicken bbq. Omgooodnessss. That sisig is exactly how I like it. You can still taste the crunchiness of the lechon(pork). The seasonings were on point! The same for the chicken bbq! The chicken bbq was really good too! I liked how it wasn't on a skewer. It didn't dry out the chicken. The pancit was also flavorful. Eggrolls were delicious- not oily or burnt! Just like how my mom makes them. They had other options there too. They have a buffet price that you can choose to do. Service was great. They were very nice! Definitely will come back. Ambiance was casual.“
“I love this place. Food is consistently yummy. Only gripe is *sometimes* when I get the kalderetta (and I get it EVERY time I go), there's not much meat vs. bones - it'll boil down to who's plating and how little of it is left in the pan. Other than that, I always love to come here. And the cold water is COLD if that's important to you.“
“Love this place! They really should expand and make their Henderson location bigger as there's always a wait. My favorite is their bananas foster french toast. Usually it's smothered with sauce/syrup but this last visit I was a little disappointed as it was not. Customer service is okay. We had to wait a little longer than usual to be greeted by our waitress and to take our order as it was busy.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly. Could barely fit my mom's transporter through their door but we made it work.“
