“Savory breakfast crepes are best I’ve had and we frequent the other French cafes in town. Just learned about Le Petit Prince and wishing we’d known when they first opened. Will definitely be coming back regularly. Food is creative, fresh and delicious. Service is outstanding. Atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxing. I’m really torn between telling everyone I know about this gem and keeping it secret so it doesn’t get too busy. Coffee and tea are also great. Perfect breakfast. Looking forward to lunch and dinner, maybe later today (yes, it was that good). Love the vegetarian and pescatarian options. Also great options for those who are avoiding carbs. Really diverse and creative menu.“

“This is a different sub place. Their sandwiches have so much flavor and lots of different kinds to choose from. They even have a small bar to go along with your food. Give them a try and see what you think. It can get a little loud sometimes but they do have a nice patio option.“

“By far, the best subs out there. It doesn't matter which location I've been in. The service is always excellent. My husband loves this location because they are the only one that has the Barbeque beef. Have tried a few different sandwiches and haven't had a bad one yet, and don't expect to.

“We went into this location and a young man assisted us with our order today. He was very polite, and had very good customer service. While we were talking Daniel stated he used to be an assistant manager at another location . I seen they had a 5 after 5 deal the young man honored the deal even though it was a quarter after 3pm today. definitely going back because of his very good SERVICE.“

“I've been to numerous Firehouse who all do an "alright" job. I asked this crew to toast the bread a bit more so it's not soggy, like I do all the other stores, and THIS PLACE FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT and the sandwich was SOOOO BOMB. Not just that but they were all cool as hell. This was at 10/2/24 around 5:15pm so THAT CREW deserves kudos and a damn raise cause they made the most delicious sandwich I've had from Firehouse since the first day I ever ate a sandwich from there in South Carolina. I usually mix up my order to try different things, but since I’ve had their #9 Italian Night Club, I don’t think I’ll get anything else. “Delicious and fresh sandwiches, soup and salads. I had the 1/2 Uptown sandwich with generous portions of turkey, bacon, avocado and cup of broccoli cheese soup that came with a side choice. I got the Ceasars salad. The sandwich had mayo on both pieces of healthy grainy bread just the way I like it. Partner had 1/2 sandwich with a big bowl of Mac n Cheese. Very pleased with portion size, taste, and presentation. We split a dessert of a Pecan bar that topped our meal off right. They also have a good assortment of large muffins and cookies. We will definitely be coming back. Ordered at the counter but served at our table. Real silverware and plates. Nice presentation. Nice, pleasant waiter. Relaxing atmosphere. They also offer drive thru service.“

I came in tonight, with this large order, and not only were they extremely kind about it, they seemed genuinely grateful for my business. Absolutely amazing customer service, always good food, and just truly wonderful sandwich shop! Only downside I experienced was low water pressure in the ladies restroom when I washed my hands. Seriously grateful ?

“Went in today and was very happy with my sandwiches. The staff was very friendly and the owner was there too. Turns out we remember each other from the previous store on Eastern Avenue I used to frequent. Today I had one of the best Jersey Mikes ever and look forward to frequenting this spot. I will say it is how Jersey Mikes should be now. When it first opened about a year ago, there were some growing pains such as not too much meat but that issue has been resolved. Now that the store has been opened for a while I am happy to leave a 5 star review. I would disregard older negative reviews as things have been ironed out now. Keep up the good work Jersey Mikes!“

“I had to wait for someone to acknowledge that I even came into the shopand i was the only one in there. Just bad people skills, and they don't look customers in the eye, they don't listen so my sandwiches have been wrong a couple of times. I've been here enough times, however, always the same. Except for one young man who wrong me up. Sometimes, the younger the crew working, the worst the service.“

I went there today and asked for some extra marinara on the side cause pizza hut forgot my extra sauce that I paid for and a lady named Rose happily went out of the way to go grab some for me. “We love Capriotti’s but our order tonight was pretty bad. A six inch pastrami and a 20” cheesesteak were both filled with tough burnt meat. Actually the pastrami had very little content. Really disappointed in our meal. Maybe just a bad night. The great part was our sweet Door Dasher Jessica who went above and beyond hence the four stars.

We will think twice before ordering from our favorite sandwich shop again. We’ve been customers since they first opened but recently see a decline in product quality. Thank you.“

The manager (who was not there) had left enough change to break a $20 bill and employee had to make change from his wallet.“

I am usually running short on time so this is an excellent stop to get Lunches. When I arrive at the location on Lake Mead Parkway my sandwich and sides are allalways ready.“

“Well I have been a Capriottis customer since moving to Vegas 20+ yrs ago. Only 2 bad experiences . Today was not the greatest. Got a medium Bobbie. Very little turkey and maybe a tablespoon of cranberries. The girl I'm assuming the manager was more worried about texting on her phone than anything. Store was empty, which I was surprised. Just so disappointed as this location and Blue Diamond were my favorites. Guess I will go out of my way and drive the 20 minutes to get the better of the two.

“We have been a fan of Cappriotti for years.We love their sandwiches, so delicious and not dry at all. Employees are always friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly and super quick. They are always busy at this location, but the crew is very fast and there is no wait .Our favorite is: “chicken cheese steak “and it is so delicious that we keep coming back over and over again. Yummy! Their sub sandwiches are flavorful, made with award-winning traditional recipes, and fresh ingredients. Always fresh sandwiches at reasonable pricing.Always a go to spot for us when we need a quick bite and of course the food is always a bomb!Highly recommended! Definitely coming back!!“
