“yknow, to be completely honest? I've got no idea what the negative reviews are on about. the service was fast, food prepared well, no bad attitude whatsoever. it did take a sec for them to answer at the order microphone, but that's about it. it tastes just as good as any other Jimmy John's location I've been to. I personally think the negative reviews were people who just got unlucky. the only thing I was a little iffy on was that the bread was a little small.“

“The manager gal (Jaylean) was very sweet and helpful. She greated everyone with a smile. For once in my life, I had subway bread that was soft and not overcooked hard and dry. Too bad all your restaurants dint cook bread like this. Please give kudos to her.“
