We have been a fan of Cappriotti for years.We love their sandwiches, so delicious and not dry at all. Employees are always friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly and super quick. This is not my usual location but had to come in here the other night when no one answered the phone @ the other Eastern location so I drove over to it & found it closed, something was going on inside?? I would have called my order in here so it would have been ready for when I got there but didn't want to call into the wrong location. I've been here before but its been a very, very long time. Went today... Ordered a medium Bobby's. I received the absolutely best professional service from Yu.He did everything perfectly. I was pleasantly greeted when I entered the store. He made sure I was consulted at each step of the sandwich building process. All elements of the food were excellent quality. The store was clean and well lit. I'm very impressed.
