“Thank you Jen for your outstanding management skills in leading a team.
We had avoided the Chipotle on St. Rose Parkway for months because it was always dirty, the staff was unfriendly, and the customer service was disappointing. But I stopped by today—and wow, what a change! There's a new team and an attentive manager. The place was spotless, the area where they prepare food looked clean and organized, trash bins weren’t overflowing, and staff were actively cleaning when they weren't busy. Huge improvement!“

GUYS I finally found the WEAKEST brewed tea in Las Vegas! I've been searching for YEARS to find a tea that is chemically similar to water! Other chipotles pride themselves in making strong black tea that will wake you up and get you ready for the day! But I prefer when my tea puts me to sleep. BEST 3.25 I EVER paid for a drink!

“This chipotle is by far one of the best , they always have ingredients ready. I usually go to the one on Sunset and stephanie but the last 4 times I went to the sunset rd chipotle, they didnt have salad dressing and today they didnt have steak and said they were not going to be cooking anymore ( at 5pm 🤨.) So my husband and I drove all the way to this location for the 2nd time and they had salad dressing as well as steak ready and the portions were awesome. Definitely will be coming here instead going forward.“
“My 5 star review is only for Melanie.. she was the only one working. She cleared that line working very hard and was still friendly , and accurate. We watched 5 employees in the back moving slow , talking and looking like they didn’t want to be there. Thank you Melanie for your hard work and professionalism.“
