Chipotle Mexican Grill in Las Vegas

“We stopped at Chipotle Mexican Grill before heading to the BTS concert and overall had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the food was honestly amazing. The only issue was with my order. I’m vegetarian and ordered a black bean burrito, but I was accidentally charged for a steak burrito instead, which made the total almost $3 more than it should have been. We did have to get that corrected, but thankfully the staff handled it without any problems. Other than the pricing mistake, everything else was great and the food hit the spot before a long concert night.“

“Quick, fast, and super efficient! I stopped by and got a bowl with sofritas—it was served piping hot and packed with flavor. The location inside the mall is super convenient, though keep in mind the dining area is on the smaller side. Perfect spot for a fresh, delicious bite while shopping!“

“everytime i come to vegas i tear up this place. in a city of fancy and expensive food, this is my safe haven. i have gone on 4 day trips where i hit panda for lunch, chipolte for dinner, and mcdonalds at 3am all four days. it is so nice to have reliable good cheap food in the middle of the strip. 10/10“

“Chipotle is always a healthy place for a meal - the lovely thing is their consistency, and this location is no different! Fast and friendly service at this location. It’s nice to feel welcomed and appreciated.
Their meals are decently priced and are very tasty and fresh. So delicious. New chipotle honey chicken is a must try! The portions are great and a burrito was really filling for me.

“I went to this location for lunch. I bought a chicken burrito. All of my choices for the burrito were were fresh. I had earned a free guacamole extra because of my patronage. It was very good. The restaurant was not very crowded so I found a seat easily. I like the food there and the people who work there. I was greeted as soon as I entered.“

“Ordered ahead, food was piping hot and accurate. Also came here and ordered like normal, same thing; fast service and the food wasn't sitting on the line like at some places. It seems whoever is running Chipotle, especially in the center of Vegas, is doing something right.“

“Chipotle has always been one of my favorite spots for fast food. This specific location has horrible parking available, but it’s the closest location to my house. I always go between ordering a bowl or burrito with either chicken, steak, or beef barbocoa. Today I went with a chicken bowl with all of the included toppings and they did not skimp on the portions. Their new red chimichurri sauce was absolutely delicious and it mingled so well with all of the ingredients in my bowl. There have been times where the veggies have been wilted or the meats overcooked, but for the most part they’re overall pretty consistent. This is definitely my go-to place for inexpensive food with fast and friendly service.“

“Been coming here for a while now and this is definitely one of my favorite locations! The portions are really good compared to some of the other locations, and I love that they have a drive thru. “Today I came in the afternoon I say around 6pm, I had a very amazing experience. A nice young lady named Tammy took my order and boy when I tell you the burrito she made and wrapped up was immaculate! She was very patient with taking my order since I haven’t been there in a couple of months. Everything was so fast I don’t even think I lasted 5 minutes while ordering! I’ll come back to this location I recommend, I was so happy with everything.“

I want to give a huge shout-out to Que, Sarah, and the entire team working Thursday, August 20, 2026, around 6:30 PM.

The store was extremely busy because of the BOGO promotion, and yet this team handled the rush incredibly well. They stayed composed, friendly, and professional with everyone, even with what must have been a pretty stressful workload. Despite the crowd, the line kept moving, communication was clear, and the experience never felt chaotic.

It’s easy to provide good service when things are slow. What really stood out to me was how this team maintained such a positive attitude **when the store was packed and demand was unusually high.

Que, Sarah, and the rest of the crew deserve recognition for doing such a great job. Great teamwork, great attitudes, and excellent customer service.Chipotle should be proud to have a team like this!“

Another Chipotle location that’s conveniently located right off the 215 freeway, making it an easy stop if you’re in the area. It’s also next to a Starbucks, so it’s a convenient spot if you’re looking to grab both a meal and a coffee.

The food itself was good and exactly what I expect from Chipotle. The ingredients tasted fresh, my order was made correctly, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. The dining area and pickup area both looked organized, which I always appreciate.

The only downside was the mobile order experience. I placed my order ahead of time, and the app showed it would be ready when I arrived. However, when I got there, my order wasn’t on the pickup shelf. After waiting for a few minutes, I had to ask an employee about it, and that’s when they realized it hadn’t been made yet. They immediately apologized and started preparing my food, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and courteous.

While I appreciate the apology, the whole point of placing a mobile order is to save time with a quick grab-and-go experience. Having to wait and ask about my order kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

Overall, the food quality was solid, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly despite the mix-up. Hopefully this was just an off day because I would still come back and would recommend this location if you’re looking for a convenient Chipotle stop.“

“This is one of the best locations we've been to in a long time. I need to catch the young man's name who helped us. He was so polite and thorough. You could tell he really liked his job. Will definitely go to this location over others.“

“One of the more affordable options in the Grand Canal Shoppes, so this location can get VERY busy with lines out the door. Luckily, I went at a quieter time and the staff were nice.

I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were pretty much the same as a regular Chipotle despite being inside the Venetian. My chicken bowl was good, although the chicken portion was a little smaller than what I usually get at my local Chipotle.

One downside: this location doesn’t accept online/app orders, so you have to order in person. Overall, a solid and affordable option on the Strip.“

“I’ve come to this Chipotle about 10 different times. Never once had a bad experience. The food is usually very fresh and the meat well seasoned! The staff also does a great job of giving you good portion sizes of everything you ask for. This is my go to Chipotle in Las Vegas 💯.“

“90% of the time I get an attitude for telling them what I want, answering their questions and paying for my food. I don't think they are getting paid enough to deal with A hole customers, cause it shows and comes through when I try to be kind and nice. Just be nice to people that prepare your food please! It'll make everyone's day better I promise“

“The food was fresh and good as always. There was no one working the line when I came in and 4 or 5 people patiently waiting for service. After my bowl was finally made, there was no cashier, so I had to wait again with my bowl sitting on the counter. It was several minutes before someone came and by that time there were three of us to check out. The atmosphere is generally fine, but when I arrived (lunch time) there was an employee scrubbing the entryway sidewalk with a machine and water everywhere. Everyone was trekking through the water and tracking it inside, so the concrete floors were wet and slippery, which I considered to be a safety hazard. I'm not sure why they did that chore during the busy lunch hour. It just feels like maybe they're having some management issues.“

“I believe our cashier’s name was Geo at the Chipotle near IKEA, and his customer service was impeccable! He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly a natural-born leader. The entire area was clean, the food was fresh, and the guacamole was exceptional today. You can tell there is pride and care behind the service at this location.

“The first time I visited it was great but the second time which was 6.26.26 we had to clean our table, the floors were dirty, poor customer service, and the food wasn't great. The bell peppers and onions were the worst.

Yes it's hard to find parking. I'm not going back there and I will not recommend them.“

“10/10 best chipotle experience I've had. Idk who works around 3:20pm on 9/22/2026 but that team was phenomenal. They deserve a raise and should be training new hires. Idk how to recommend on a specific shift but 9/22/2026 @3:20 that team was spectacular.“
