Chipotle Mexican Grill in Las Vegas

“We stopped at Chipotle Mexican Grill before heading to the BTS concert and overall had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the food was honestly amazing. The only issue was with my order. I’m vegetarian and ordered a black bean burrito, but I was accidentally charged for a steak burrito instead, which made the total almost $3 more than it should have been. We did have to get that corrected, but thankfully the staff handled it without any problems. Other than the pricing mistake, everything else was great and the food hit the spot before a long concert night.“

“Ordered ahead, food was piping hot and accurate. Also came here and ordered like normal, same thing; fast service and the food wasn't sitting on the line like at some places. It seems whoever is running Chipotle, especially in the center of Vegas, is doing something right.“

“everytime i come to vegas i tear up this place. in a city of fancy and expensive food, this is my safe haven. i have gone on 4 day trips where i hit panda for lunch, chipolte for dinner, and mcdonalds at 3am all four days. it is so nice to have reliable good cheap food in the middle of the strip. 10/10“

“I went to this chipotle location today and the girl working the line did a great job managing a lot of customers all on her own. She was very polite, fast and accommodating. I didn't get the chance to ask for her name because she was busy but I came in early afternoon. Even if there were no food on line, she was able to get me the food I want.“

“After a few days in Vegas I’ve gotten used to paying double for things compared to Florida. So when I saw the prices here I thought there was a mistake because they were the same as Orlando. The next pleasant shocker was when I saw how much protein they put in it was bursting out. Now my wife and daughter are fighting for their life trying to eat that colossal burrito.

“This is a nice clean and new restaurant. I specifically came for the day before Thanksgiving bogo offer. I was about ten minutes early to avoid a big line. I initially ordered chips and queso and a drink and asked about how the bogo worked. She advised app only. So I got out of line downloaded and started the app. After reading more details I learned the offer was in store only and app did not work. I advised the lady and she took my order and saved me from the huge line that had already formed. I make a lot of mistakes and so does everybody. I can accept that. What this employee did, without fanfare or making a big deal about it is fixed the mistake, made the sale and made the customer happy. This a five star for the honest effort. The establishment is clean and new. Self serve fountain so you can fill your drink to go. Nice place, nice people and good food. Thank You.“

“We really love this specific location, I wish I was better with names because the young woman who always makes our bowls does an absolutely fantastic job and we really want to give her a huge shout out! We always come to this exact location because of how wonderful everyone is and how well they make our food“

“I went to this location for lunch. I bought a chicken burrito. All of my choices for the burrito were were fresh. I had earned a free guacamole extra because of my patronage. It was very good. The restaurant was not very crowded so I found a seat easily. I like the food there and the people who work there. I was greeted as soon as I entered.“

“Chipotle has always been one of my favorite spots for fast food. This specific location has horrible parking available, but it’s the closest location to my house. I always go between ordering a bowl or burrito with either chicken, steak, or beef barbocoa. Today I went with a chicken bowl with all of the included toppings and they did not skimp on the portions. Their new red chimichurri sauce was absolutely delicious and it mingled so well with all of the ingredients in my bowl. There have been times where the veggies have been wilted or the meats overcooked, but for the most part they’re overall pretty consistent. This is definitely my go-to place for inexpensive food with fast and friendly service.“

“This is one of the best locations we've been to in a long time. I need to catch the young man's name who helped us. He was so polite and thorough. You could tell he really liked his job. Will definitely go to this location over others.“

The restaurant offers wide range of freshly prepared food choices & menu offers wide selection ranhe. It is neat & clean, staff is friendly and attentive.“

“The food is usually good, but the cleanliness needs serious improvement. Almost every time I visit, I have to wipe down my own table before sitting down. Employees should take the time to regularly clean the dining area.

The drink station should also be monitored more closely. Allowing people to come in off the street and freely use it creates an unsanitary environment and raises concerns about cross-contamination.

The same applies to the food-preparation line. Please clean the prep surface as burritos are moved down the line so customers don’t end up with beans, onions, or other ingredients they didn’t order.

I enjoy the food, but better cleanliness and attention to detail would go a long way.“

Another Chipotle location that’s conveniently located right off the 215 freeway, making it an easy stop if you’re in the area. It’s also next to a Starbucks, so it’s a convenient spot if you’re looking to grab both a meal and a coffee.

The food itself was good and exactly what I expect from Chipotle. The ingredients tasted fresh, my order was made correctly, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. The dining area and pickup area both looked organized, which I always appreciate.

The only downside was the mobile order experience. I placed my order ahead of time, and the app showed it would be ready when I arrived. However, when I got there, my order wasn’t on the pickup shelf. After waiting for a few minutes, I had to ask an employee about it, and that’s when they realized it hadn’t been made yet. They immediately apologized and started preparing my food, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and courteous.

While I appreciate the apology, the whole point of placing a mobile order is to save time with a quick grab-and-go experience. Having to wait and ask about my order kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

Overall, the food quality was solid, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly despite the mix-up. Hopefully this was just an off day because I would still come back and would recommend this location if you’re looking for a convenient Chipotle stop.“

“I’ve come to this Chipotle about 10 different times. Never once had a bad experience. The food is usually very fresh and the meat well seasoned! The staff also does a great job of giving you good portion sizes of everything you ask for. This is my go to Chipotle in Las Vegas 💯.“

Despite the rush, Christian was fast, efficient, and maintained a friendly smile throughout the entire interaction. His professionalism, positive attitude, and strong work ethic truly stood out. It's rare to see someone handle such a busy line with that level of energy and care.

“90% of the time I get an attitude for telling them what I want, answering their questions and paying for my food. I don't think they are getting paid enough to deal with A hole customers, cause it shows and comes through when I try to be kind and nice. Just be nice to people that prepare your food please! It'll make everyone's day better I promise“

“The first time I visited it was great but the second time which was 6.26.26 we had to clean our table, the floors were dirty, poor customer service, and the food wasn't great. The bell peppers and onions were the worst.

Yes it's hard to find parking. I'm not going back there and I will not recommend them.“

I think with all the complaints they got, it has really improved the line is full of workers and people are working :)

We walked in and waited 15 minutes, the cashier girl went to the back and never came out, they had everyone cooking, the food was stocked. The line piled up and everyone was patiently waiting on the workers, no one ever came out. Corporate really needs to investigate this store and its management, this is not a new thing it happens periodically, the last time the manager was literally talking and laughing with people in the back, while there was only one crew member serving and manning the cashier, the line took 40 minutes to even reach the register.“
