The food was as expected of Chipotle and their other locations and the service was great, but I have witnessed a couple berate and threaten the 2 girls at the front of the house that was clearly helping their cook get food out for the 15+ person line.
The rest of us were patient as we understood it can get quite busy on a friday evening, but the lack of manager support for the team actively being harassed and the service itself was nothing short of astounding.

The food was fresh and good as always. There was no one working the line when I came in and 4 or 5 people patiently waiting for service. After my bowl was finally made, there was no cashier, so I had to wait again with my bowl sitting on the counter. It was several minutes before someone came and by that time there were three of us to check out. Went on a Sunday. The staff seemed sloppy and messy. The counter where they were making the food needed to be cleared off. The bowl i got had pieces of rice, salsa, meat juice and other stains for the prep counter. The portions were huge.
