Food is great though
Food was okay, chicken was cut really big, but the service was noticeably unfriendly. I spoke to multiple employees while ordering, and several seemed irritated or dismissive. There was very little acknowledgment, and simple questions were answered in a way that felt abrupt. The entire line seemed to be having a bad day, which made the experience uncomfortable. I believe our cashier’s name was Geo at the Chipotle near IKEA, and his customer service was impeccable! He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly a natural-born leader. The entire area was clean, the food was fresh, and the guacamole was exceptional today. You can tell there is pride and care behind the service at this location.
