Best cafe Rio in town. Great staff, runs a great operation even when busy. If there is a problem they fix it with a smile. Only come to this one and they have earned my loyalty….boycott blue Diamond location at all costs only come to this Durango location and you’ll never be disappointed.
My order was missing a second (ordered and paid for) bag of chips. I waited until it was corrected, but the to go orders wait staff seemed dismissive that the items were missing, rolling her eyes when I mentioned it. Also, I ordered extra shredded cheese on the one taco order, and when I got home, there was No cheese at all on the taco...Parking: NA

Your typical Café Rio chain restaurant with good size portions of food at reasonable prices. The food was good but nothing more than average for this style of restaurant. Some of the things I do not like about this chain of restaurants is the production line style of ordering your food.
