Fast service, everyone was friendly even though other customers were giving the employees a hard time. A little patience goes a long way.
SHOUT out to Emily & Ms. Maria!

The food is probably good just not interested in waiting 45 minutes to get food inside. They fill 25 online orders then help the people who want to order inside. Seems like it should be the other way around??

Chipotle Mexican Grill serves good food despite occasional understaffing and ingredient shortages. The staff is polite and respectful, working hard to provide customers with their desired meals. This location has convenient parking and wheelchair accessibility. Prices may have increased, but the food still tastes good, although portions may be smaller than usual. The restaurant is consistently hot and fresh, with a clean and orderly environment. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and the positive attitude present throughout the restaurant.
However, some customers have expressed a desire for a more varied menu and have noted that the atmosphere can feel boring. While there may be moments of waiting, especially during busy times, the team generally handles these situations well, maintaining professionalism. A recent reviewer highlighted the manager's kindness and expertise during a rush, making the experience smoother. Despite some disappointments, such as ingredient shortages like guacamole, many find the overall experience enjoyable and worth it compared to other locations.
