The person preparing the orders was wearing plastic gloves. However, while adding to the bowls, she constantly used both hands to wipe off the stainless counter. She constantly rubbed the counter down and continued to pick up cheese, lettuce etc without putting on new gloves. Very unsanitary.

Just came here to pick up an order. Lady thought we were lying. Didn’t have our food ready. Didn’t receive the confirmation email. Showed her I paid. She just said there’s nothing she can do. We came back when we found the confrontation and she handed the good. No apology. Walked off and acted very cold and just threw our food at us. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. She was chubby and Hispanic and had her hair tied up . Only way I can desecrate her sorry to sound racial. This lady needs an attitude check and a coaching on how to do her job better. No one deserves that quality of customer service. Very disappointed.

We have tried this location 3 times just to give them the benefit of the doubt. But each time at different times of the day manage to mess up, forget items charge extra and we didn't get the double protein or veggies we ask for. We do not recommend you go to this restaurant.

The food at this location is very terrible. The rice is cold and mushy, the chicken tastes cold and undercooked, and this isn't a one time experience, but each time I go to this location. I went to another farther away from my home and was much better. This place doesn't have the same quality.

dirty and slow service. waited for 30 mins in line and no gloves were used so i left. person rolling burritos had no gloves and was cross contaminating with all the food. terrible

Haven't received an order from this location that was correct. They didn't give us 4 bags of chips even after we asked to confirm the chips were in the second bag.

I ordered my bowl online and I always get the chips and guacamole with my meal. This time I ordered it said I had free rewards for a side, queso, guacamole or chips with a purchase over $5. I added a side of guacamole for my free item and then I paid for a side of chips. I get to the chipotle lane window and i asked the lady was the guac in there, she act like she didn’t know what I was talking about not even bothering to look at my account and she says oh that’s not for this order it’s for the next, I told her that’s not what it said when I read the terms and conditions, the guac was added to my account she said no I can’t give it to you it’s for the next order, so I said fine can I pay the guac I like to eat then with the chips, she said you have to pay inside I can’t take the order here, but she has a whole register right beside her. she then walks away for the window and starts making another order leaving me sitting there(Very rude) no I apologize, I’m so sorry for the misunderstanding NOTHING..If I wanted to go inside I wouldn’t have ordered through the app and not selected chipotle lane. So I just left. It was such a disappointment, I have never had that experience before, I order chipotle alot and I normally do guest checkout but the time I decide to order through the app it’s a disappointment. Please train your employees better and to have better customer service, she could have just took the money and the tip I was going to give her smh and I would have had my guac smh.
