Today, however, I decided to give it a go again and was immediately greeted by Amanda who gave me a lovely smile and engaging interaction. I ordered the blackened chicken tenders and they were juicy and perfect! I hope Amanda gets some recognition for her stand out performance!“
“the priority for walk-in orders seems to be the lowest: they have 2 counters but no one is handling ordering, most staff are coming back and forth serving drive thru or online orders, but left walk-in customers unattended, sometimes need to wait 10 minutes to be able make an order.
if you don’t plan to add more staff, at least can make some self order kiosks“
“I always joke that part of going to Popeyes is to experience the rude customer service, it’s almost funny how much of an attitude they always have. This place is the exception. I’ve been to Popeyes all around the country and this one by far has the nicest and most polite staff I’ve ever experienced. Good on them!“
