“Caroline is Amazing! I work in customer service and I love to see great customer service which is rare anymore. Caroline was patient, polite, helpful, and friendly. She took my order which was large and even tried to help me find some deals. She was willing to let me get all dark meat for my chicken which she had her team cook fresh (I will always wait for fresh fried chicken it’s the best)! She made my experience so amazing that I will be back because of her!“

“I frequent this Popeyes location whenever I’m flying through the Las Vegas Airport, and the food and service are consistently on point. I also appreciate that many of the staff are Filipino—the chicken is always moist, flavorful, and prepared well.

If I had to offer one critique, it would be that one of the aunties behind the counter sometimes gets frustrated when customers don’t pick up their orders right away after their numbers are called. When she exclaimed in Tagalog, “I’ve been calling that number and no one comes,” it created a slightly tense moment, especially with fellow Filipinos nearby. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it did affect the atmosphere a bit.

Overall, though, this location remains one of my favorites.“

“The food was outstanding ,crispy and flavorful . I appreciated the variety of options on the menu. The customer service one of the employee name chata she made me feel welcome and appreciated without feeling ignored very quick and patient and made my first popeyes experience worth it .“

“The freshest Popeyes chicken I've ever had anywhere in the states! I did open the place at 10AM so fresh , its lunch time on east coast. The nicest lady around Sheila started talking with me, great service, place was nearly empty, so i know its alot about timing so i put a 4 on atmosphere because Ive been here at night when its crazy, this review shows whats possible, dont expect the same at night if coming in loaded and its crazy busy , all aces here, blackened strips fresh and chicken yum, Sheena too“

“Mom is getting older and is very picky - I have a hard time finding what she wants on the app or in the store kiosk - this location always helps mom get what she wants. I tried the shrimp today - it's delicious - no wonder she likes this place so much - The customer service is very good here.“

Stopped at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen for a family meal while visiting the States and overall it was very good. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and the pieces were a great size. Everything tasted hot and delicious
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that our family meal was supposed to come with 4 biscuits, but only 2 were given. We noticed after seeing the display ad while leaving. Staff did correct it and gave us the extra biscuits once we asked, which we appreciated. Overall still a tasty meal and good experience.“

“Just picked up some dinner at 9:15 pm on Thursday, and Keshawn was awesome at the drive thru! He was so friendly and professional, and was just happy to be serving his customers. He should be managing that location. He did everything right and made us feel appreciated too. Food was hot, exactly what we ordered, and he threw in some extra sauce for us.“

“Every time I visit here, my food is extremely fresh to the point where the juice splatters out of the chicken in my very first bite. I am only able to take baby bites because of the hotness burns my mouth lol. Granted they are not always in a cheerful mood, but nonetheless they deliver freshness and accuracy. My last order they went up and beyond and put honey and hot sauce for my 3 piece spicy thighs and biscuits. I felt really special. Just know I’m beyond satisfied with this location. If you ever see an order of 3 piece signature chicken all thighs from Sylence. That’s me! Thank you all again for making my day each and every time.“

“Most of the workers are really nice but unfortunately most of the time my orders kinda messed up. James, I don’t know if they’re a manager, but they are the only one who has the order correct EVERY time they serve me. I order here regularly and practically hope it’s James in charge so I don’t have to come back or report it online. So shoutout to them for the great service and always being so kind.. and never wasting my money. The only reason this location gets 4 stars is because of them.“

“Popeyes is one place that seems to have some of the worst workers. All around town i have problems with them. The things they claim are the reason for the mishaps that happen, do not happen on a consistent basis so I'm sure there's something not right and then they lie about it instead of being honest and telling me they messed up.

My most recent visit to this location is proof that the other locations are full of it when they make me wait 30 minutes for my order that I placed on the app. That's 30 minutes AFTER i arrive from the 5 to 10 minutes it takes for me to drive. I ordered on my app again and I was just a little late but my order was already wrapped and still hot so it must've finished right on time. Which is what I feel is the normal time that coincides with the time it tells me is how long it takes on the app. So I know that when i order at other locations and I show up right on time but they ask me to sit and wait because they have to make it fresh, there's NO excuse that I have to sit for another 30 minutes or more. They have repeatedly lied and this location helped to prove that. I really don't know what the big deal is. If they are worried about having to give me something free, all they gotta do is the job they are hired to do. Crazy how that works....

The ONLY issue i had is that they forgot to add the seasoning that I requested on my order but I was on top of it because I asked at the window and the guy gave me a handful. Better than if I had gotten one packet like they like to do when they do remember to put it in the bag. One packet isn't enough. A couple is cool but a handful was just right.

Food was very fresh BTW and hot. If they could only be like this all the time. It seems so simple“

“I walked in at dinner time and ordered a family meal. They were really busy, but still had time to touch base and let me know how my “extra” cheese balls were doing. They even offered me a soda and apologized for things taking too long. From my point of view, it wasn’t a long wait and I appreciate the friendly service! Great job guys.“

It’s almost like they enjoy being treated like a human… Maybe some people are pricks to the employees and they are just matching energy?!? The food was a little cold, but it was still delicious.“
