“I frequent this Popeyes location whenever I’m flying through the Las Vegas Airport, and the food and service are consistently on point. I also appreciate that many of the staff are Filipino—the chicken is always moist, flavorful, and prepared well.
If I had to offer one critique, it would be that one of the aunties behind the counter sometimes gets frustrated when customers don’t pick up their orders right away after their numbers are called. When she exclaimed in Tagalog, “I’ve been calling that number and no one comes,” it created a slightly tense moment, especially with fellow Filipinos nearby. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it did affect the atmosphere a bit.
Overall, though, this location remains one of my favorites.“
“I went to pick up order got home and realized it was the wrong sauce on wings went back up there I was so livid ,but this young man fix the issue he was so nice and understanding I don't know if he the was manager or an associate but he went above and beyond. Kindness is free thank you.“
“Caroline is Amazing! I work in customer service and I love to see great customer service which is rare anymore. Caroline was patient, polite, helpful, and friendly. She took my order which was large and even tried to help me find some deals. She was willing to let me get all dark meat for my chicken which she had her team cook fresh (I will always wait for fresh fried chicken it’s the best)! She made my experience so amazing that I will be back because of her!“

The chicken strips were perfect but the chicken sandwich was awesome. I thought the quality would have dropped after so long on the menu but it was huge. Way better than Chick-fil-A.
This store must count the napkins because they will issue only one small paper napkin per person. Asking for extra will get you one additional napkin each.“
“The freshest Popeyes chicken I've ever had anywhere in the states! I did open the place at 10AM so fresh , its lunch time on east coast. The nicest lady around Sheila started talking with me, great service, place was nearly empty, so i know its alot about timing so i put a 4 on atmosphere because Ive been here at night when its crazy, this review shows whats possible, dont expect the same at night if coming in loaded and its crazy busy , all aces here, blackened strips fresh and chicken yum, Sheena too“

Would come during the day, because service SUCKS!!! During the night. Kids, ( I mean Kids ) they don't care about customer service and how to interact with Customers anymore. Especially at this store, that's why I come during the day.“

“Absolutely AMAZING SERVICE from the closing team tonight the gentleman and young lady were absolutely the best...they were out of mashed potatoes but we're friendly to tell me my other options...AND they had missed a sandwich but came out QUICKLY and RESPONDED to the mishap quickly..I was very pleased ESPECIALLY being a lead myself understand completely when it's busy etc but their service was the absolute best and definitely made my horrible day at work much better ...thank you closing team tonight!!!!“

Stopped at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen for a family meal while visiting the States and overall it was very good. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and the pieces were a great size. Everything tasted hot and delicious
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that our family meal was supposed to come with 4 biscuits, but only 2 were given. We noticed after seeing the display ad while leaving. Staff did correct it and gave us the extra biscuits once we asked, which we appreciated. Overall still a tasty meal and good experience.“

“Just picked up some dinner at 9:15 pm on Thursday, and Keshawn was awesome at the drive thru! He was so friendly and professional, and was just happy to be serving his customers. He should be managing that location. He did everything right and made us feel appreciated too. Food was hot, exactly what we ordered, and he threw in some extra sauce for us.“

“Young lady working the register around 2 or 330PM. African American lady. Was so nice and courteous, I thought she was the manager. I order 3 for 5, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 apple pies. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. That's all chicken needs to be, to enjoy. It was very good.“
“Popeyes is one place that seems to have some of the worst workers. All around town i have problems with them. The things they claim are the reason for the mishaps that happen, do not happen on a consistent basis so I'm sure there's something not right and then they lie about it instead of being honest and telling me they messed up.
My most recent visit to this location is proof that the other locations are full of it when they make me wait 30 minutes for my order that I placed on the app. That's 30 minutes AFTER i arrive from the 5 to 10 minutes it takes for me to drive. I ordered on my app again and I was just a little late but my order was already wrapped and still hot so it must've finished right on time. Which is what I feel is the normal time that coincides with the time it tells me is how long it takes on the app. So I know that when i order at other locations and I show up right on time but they ask me to sit and wait because they have to make it fresh, there's NO excuse that I have to sit for another 30 minutes or more. They have repeatedly lied and this location helped to prove that. I really don't know what the big deal is. If they are worried about having to give me something free, all they gotta do is the job they are hired to do. Crazy how that works....
The ONLY issue i had is that they forgot to add the seasoning that I requested on my order but I was on top of it because I asked at the window and the guy gave me a handful. Better than if I had gotten one packet like they like to do when they do remember to put it in the bag. One packet isn't enough. A couple is cool but a handful was just right.
Food was very fresh BTW and hot. If they could only be like this all the time. It seems so simple“

“Yes, the wait can be seriously long!!!! Hey it's Vegas what do u want. The spicy chicken sandwich with bacon is great if u enjoy a good spicy kick. I enjoyed the mashed potatoes and the Mac & Cheese. The price wasn't terrible for something to pause the hangry vibes. I thought the staff was friendly and no issues with anything. Sometimes tough to find a seat also.“

“Most of the workers are really nice but unfortunately most of the time my orders kinda messed up. James, I don’t know if they’re a manager, but they are the only one who has the order correct EVERY time they serve me. I order here regularly and practically hope it’s James in charge so I don’t have to come back or report it online. So shoutout to them for the great service and always being so kind.. and never wasting my money. The only reason this location gets 4 stars is because of them.“

“Came here near midnight, there was a long line but that was to be expected. The workers who helped me were extremely nice. It took about 30 minutes to get my food but I didn’t mind since there was a lot of people. My food was hot and fresh, I had no issues at all.“
