This fast food chain is anything but fast. I felt bad for the employees. Walked in and saw how busy they were and only 3 employees. They looked stressed out and overwhelmed. One was even sweating excessively. How can they give great customer service when they are backed up with little help. Shame on management! I waited a total of 30 minutes, from waiting to order to receiving my meal.

Hit or miss. Picked up chicken from there twice. First time was amazing, fresh, juicy, crunchy, the way fried chicken should be. Second time the chicken was stale and tough, perhaps was placed under the heat lamp for too long.
