I have to compliment Katrina at your 4001 S Decatur. She is absolutely wonderful. She's so upbeat, positive and caring. I've never come across a rep in fast food chain that cares so making sure her customers are happy. Also, extremely competent and efficient. Thank you, Katrina for being the best! See you soon.
Drive thru service is very slow. Process is not very efficient, appears that they only can serve one customer at a time at drive thru.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen serves delicious chicken sandwiches and Cajun fries in a clean and neat environment. The chicken is amazing, fresh, and perfect. Customers can also enjoy the flounder fish sandwich and the shrimp tackle box. Christian, working the front counter, is amazing and takes care of everyone. While service can be slow at times, the friendly and generous staff, along with excellent food and service, make it a great experience.
