Drove thru drive thru less than an hour ago. No cars in line. Ordered a 5 pc tender, spicy, with blackened ranch and a shrimp basket combo. Simple. Tenders weren’t spicy, just plain, and no blackened ranch. Had to repeat order several times and it didn’t seem to be a language issue, as will happen, no prob, but the girl just wasn’t listening. First time here, last time here.
They forgot my Drink,My sauces and don't have white meat.This establishment is very not so good.Somebody from DoorDash does not like me.From now on I will have to go to the Restaurant Myself.A worker lied to me saying that she was the manager named Kayla but had the same voice as the first worker I talked to.I don't have my Madri Gras Mustard.These workers are lazy and Lies to their customers when the customer is right.I am going to KFC where they appreciate they customers!

So I normally go to the one inside the mall, Galleria mall and it's pretty good but theA at is absolutely horrible. The customer service is horrible workers behind the counter. Everybody's sneezing around the food out of pickles out of bacon. Don't tell you that before you order your sandwich will never go back.
