“I am delighted to walk into my local ihop and get greeted by the friendly graveyard girl, Melanie. She is very helpful and kind hearted. Compared to the usual grouchy and horrible service I would at other places such as Dennys Melanie is a beautiful refresher to my night. Food was displayed nicely and tasted good, restaurant however needs an upgrade on their interior.“
“Staff were really friendly and understanding. My cousin ordered the chicken tenders and they were burnt. We asked if they could remake it end it only took about 5 minutes. Besides the minor error, the food was really good and filling; Especially the eggs!! Most places I go to have weird tasting eggs. IHOP made them really well and didn’t have any wired taste or texture. Pancakes were perfect and so fresh. Our drinks took about 3 minutes to make and were really good for taking photos of if you’re into that.“
“On a busy Father’s Day Sunday we got right in at a prime hour… It was bustling, but they were doing a great job of getting people in, seated, orders out! Armone was our server and we had lots of substitutions (and with a couple kids some last-minute order changes) but he got it all right. Everything came out in a timely manner and tasted great! They have a good team/staff at the IHOP on Eastern.“
