“I always see this place so busy during the mornings and lunch times and decided to try this place out for lunch one Saturday. It wasn't too busy, maybe like 3-4 groups dining in. Service was fast and easy! We opted for the Gyro Plate and choice of Feta Fries and it also came with a side salad, all for $18-19 (before tax). I didn't expect much from the portion or the taste of it, I don't usually seek out Mediterranean or Greek food often so I didn't know much about it. The plate came out and it was a very large portion of food. My boyfriend and I shared that one plate with the salad and were full! The gyro was soft and meaty and flavor was definitely there that went well with the hummus and pita bread. The feta fries were delicious, probably my favorite. So crispy and hot with that cheesy topping that was delicious with the fries. We will definitely come back here again for any Greek food cravings! The restaurant is very spacious and open. They have window view seatings so it's nice to eat with a view. :) Also good for large parties and families with plenty of tables and seats!“
“This went from a two star to a five in a hurry. An obnoxious elderly woman was buzzing around the tiny dining area (about eight tables jammed in) telling everyone where to sit and moving people who were already seated. Then we find out she doesn't even work there. She showed up ahead of her family to get a certain table with a view. What view? I told her there's tables outside with a better view. Sundays around five o'clock seems to be a very busy time. That didn't help. It looked like it would take an incredibly long time from ordering to receiving food. But they put a jerk in it and the food made it out in reasonable time. Server-Casey-was very helpful, pleasant, incredibly patient with newbies. If you're stuck for an idea, she'll walk you through. I decided on a Steak Tenderloin gyro that was phenomenal, for $10.95. For another $4.50, a drink and Rice Pilaf. So for me that means two super sized cups of iced tea and a generous helping of a tremendous rice dish for under five bucks. The dining area was very clean with fresh cut flowers on the table. There's another young lady working hard to keep the place immaculate. This is probably more of a carry out Greek restaurant, we were comfortable dining in and plan to be back soon. I hear there's some kind of lemon potato wedges that are a must have, so that's next! 04/24“
“Tucked inside a bar, it might be easy to miss, but it's entirely worth the search. I ordered the marinated chicken pita with their house made sour cream sauce through ChowNow and was able to get my food even faster than expected. The service is quick and genuine, the guy who handed me my sandwich said it would be the best sandwich I'll ever have. He did not lie. It was incredible. The chicken was juicy and nicely sliced, the sauce creamy and tangy, the bread was soft and almost nutty. Everything worked together deliciously.“
“Andra helped me cater a large event. My daughter & I met with her at the restaurant. She was very thorough and knowledgeable when told the amount of people we would be having and have suggestions on what to have at the gathering as some of the items on the menu we had never tried. All the guests loved the menu and the choices.Would not hesitate to use The Great Greek for another event. It was delicious and fresh!“
“The main dishes at this restaurant were undeniably delicious, although I couldn't help but feel they were slightly overpriced. However, the disappointment came with the baklava, which fell short of expectations - lacking the desired syrupy sweetness and flakiness that I prefer. Be prepared for the lingering aroma of onions and spices, which might not leave you with the freshest breath post-meal, but it's a small price to pay for the flavorful experience.Despite the minor setbacks, the standout gyro meat and delectable fries made up for any shortcomings. The service was top-notch, efficient, and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. For those planning a visit, I highly recommend sharing a gyro order after grabbing two pitas; the portion size is quite generous and perfect for splitting. Overall, despite a few hiccups, this place earns a solid recommendation from me.“
“After I was seated in a big beautiful room with touches of elegance, I had the pleasure of ordering the Herb Stew. It had lentils, beans, beef and a baked ? lime in a delicious sauce. A few minutes later I was served a small bowl of delicious soup. Not sure what it was but it was very good. At the same time I was served a glass of floral tea that smelled wonderful and tasted really great. I then was given plate with a huge serving of basmati rice with touches of saffron. At the same time I received my stew. It was all delicious. The lime was easy to cut I had a little piece with a spoonful of stew. Overall it delicious and I will definitely be going back (especially if I can find a sweet senior lady to accompany me ?“
“Stephano’s is the best! Quick, fresh, and affordable food and service. Top-notch quality coupled with convenience in an affordable setting to eat in the shop or order to go. Utensils with salt and pepper packet as well as a napkin are provided. I typically get more napkins from the front for those “just in case moments.” At the courtesy of Yelp Elite, I enjoyed a great and healthy lunch, a yummy piece of baklava, and a drink (I chose the watermelon lime refresca). My meal: Greek salad sans onions and olives but still tasty topped with a protein of my choice (I like the chicken kabob) and their traditional dressing that tastes like an oil and vinegar based one. I especially like that this dressing isn’t over powering; it adds the perfect amount of base to my salad and almost resembles a lemon taste to me. I especially liked the Pita that was served with the salad; I took it, tore it into pieces and put it inside my salad; I then mixed up the salad and dressing with pita pieces for quite a flavorful experience. They have more traditional plates with beef, chicken, or lamb (kabobs or shawarma style) served with rice, salad, and pita bread. Drink: Watermelon lime refresca was fire! It was perfectly refreshing, fresh, and subtly sweet. They also have an array of other self serve beverages to include Pepsi products, teas, alcohol (lagers and wines), and super unique is they offer filtered water (hot & cold) to refill the bottled filtered water they sell. Location: The location I went to was Ft Apache & Sunset and they were near the Starbucks, at the corner, with free parking in front. Seating: Indoor and outdoor. Seating for solo diners (like me) or groups of people. Both high top table options and regular seating to bench seating on the private patio. Modern industrial decor. Extras: Gender specific bathrooms. Two large screen TVs in inside/main dining area. They cater!!! They deliver! They use GRUBHUB & DOORDASH. Wifi password posted. Staff is friendly and helpful.“
“Wow. I've had take outs from them before but visiting this restaurant confirmed that this is one of my favorite spots in Vegas. Customer service was excellent. It is casual dining so you order first at the front and save your seat--cafeteria style. The position is generous and everything is just prepared to perfection. I love their combo plate bc I can enjoy both beef and chicken. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!!!“
