“I have to say of all the Starbucks I have ever been to (and it is for sure not none....) this one is my favorite. My drinks always taste the best from here, and the people who work here take a moment to make you feel seen and acknowledged, whether you order for delivery or in-person. They always put a sweet, positive message on the cup and during seasons where I have felt pretty alone, these little messages on a cup gave me hope. I am very grateful for this gem of a location and the excellent people who work there!“

“Hit and miss on the drink. Usually it's pretty good but every so often its not the delicious sweet treat I'm wanting. I typically order a Carmel crunch frap , nothing added, nothing taken away...as is. So imo should taste pretty much the same every time, just saying .“

“I come to this Starbucks all the time and the staff has always been awesome. Today though, Ryan went above and beyond. I came through the drive-thru and when I made it to the window, he realized my order had been made wrong. He acknowledged it, apologized, and without me asking, fixed the order. “I prefer this location over the standalone store around the corner. Although it’s inside Albertsons, the baristas here are WAY nicer and the lines aren’t as long! There’s even seats to the side if you want to sit and take a break. Overall, I just have a better experience and less chance of my drink being incorrect here. Every person has always been really sweet and polite. I’m super glad this location is here and the managers who train have consistently done a good job.“

The drinks taste amazing, and the place is very clean.

My only downside is that a venti latte runs about $12 — but since it’s inside the casino, that’s pretty expected. Overall, great drinks and excellent customer service at this location!“

“Visited on Veteran’s Day as a veteran myself. Before ordering, I needed to use the restroom and noticed it required a code for access. When I asked for the code at the counter, I was told, rather curtly, that restroom use was only for paying customers. After mentioning that I was a veteran and requesting the complimentary coffee, I was then provided the code. It would have been a much smoother experience if I’d simply waited a few moments, like 12345, before approaching the counter to order.“
