Starbucks in Henderson

“I just want to take a moment to publicly recognize Judy and her manager, Hailey (I hope I spelled your name correctly!), for being incredibly kind, considerate, compassionate, and patient with me this morning.

I was a customer in the drive-thru, and for some reason, my card just would not work. I checked my account and knew the funds were there, and I come to this Starbucks location often, so I honestly had no idea what was going on.

I started getting nervous because I don’t like feeling as though I’m holding up a line, especially in the morning when things can get busy and everyone is trying to grab their coffee and breakfast before getting on with their day.

But through all of that, Judy remained patient with me and helped me stay calm. Then, to my complete surprise, she gave me my coffee and croissant at no charge.

She absolutely did not have to do that, and I wasn’t expecting it at all. But what touched me most wasn’t receiving my order for free. It was the compassion and kindness she showed me in a moment when I was already feeling flustered. That kind of kindness goes a very long way.

I also believe excellent customer service like that can be a reflection of good leadership, so I want to recognize her manager, Hailey, as well. When employees feel empowered to treat people with patience, dignity, and genuine care, that says something meaningful about the environment being created within that location.

Judy and Hailey, I truly hope you both see this. I prayed this morning that God would bless you both for the kindness you showed me. I also prayed that He would bless every employee working at that Starbucks, every person waiting in that drive-thru, every person who walked through those doors, and every single person being served and cared for by your team throughout the day.

May God bless the work of your hands, return the kindness you give to others back to you, and allow the compassion you show, even in moments that may seem small, to continue making a difference in people’s lives.

Thank you, Judy and Hailey. What happened this morning may have seemed like a small gesture, but it meant much more to me than you probably realized. 🤍“

“Ashley and her coworkers gave me the ultimate experience today. They helped me with an order mistake that I made on the mobile app and were so kind about it. They gave me tips on future orders and how to create a version that would appeal to my liking. The place was clean, drinks were lined up neatly and ready to go, and the staff was all smiles. It gave me a great start to my day!“

“Great service with their name is Caleb and any girl Kaitlyn both are fabulous, They work at the Starbucks, who always multitask with several customers and always make sure all the customers are taken care of great personality. Recommend a great place to go for service. 💪💪💪😎👍 keep up the great work you too you both are awesome“

“My favorite morning coffee spot near New Style Nail Spa! The location is convenient, the staff is always friendly, and the coffee quality is consistently great. I enjoy every visit and highly recommend this Starbucks for anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming coffee experience.“

“I was exhausted from Amazon it had been long nights. I ordered iced Ube Coconut Cream Shaken Espresso thro my Starbuck app after I didn’t see the difference place. it was wrong. The Cashier and the Bartender solved trouble to help me reorder it for me it. They are super amazing.“

“Today, around 3pm, the sweet girl working at the store helped me find my AirPods case. She even reached into the restroom trash can to get it for me, then found some disinfecting wipes and cleaned it and gave me extra wipes. She was seriously the sweetest! 🥹💕“

“I want to thank these ladies working today and my last couple of visits. I’m pregnant and pretty far along. I order my drinks and sit and wait. I’m in no rush at all and these ladies go out of their way to bring all my drinks to me so I am not having to keep getting up for each drink. They also get me straws and make sure the door is held open for me as I leave. It’s wonderful that they go above and beyond for a complete stranger. I’m so grateful as it’s difficult for me to stand up and sit down repeatedly. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. So thank you form this appreciative Mama“

“Hit and miss on the drink. Usually it's pretty good but every so often its not the delicious sweet treat I'm wanting. I typically order a Carmel crunch frap , nothing added, nothing taken away...as is. So imo should taste pretty much the same every time, just saying .“

“I am known at this location, I order under my middle name ROSE like twice a day. They are always so quick and efficient. Drinks are the best at this location. The managers are amazing, Stacy is amazing, I wish I knew everyone's name. I would list them all. Absolute fantastic customer service“

“This is a small Starbucks location, but the customer service is exceptional. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel appreciated. They consistently remember me by name, which adds such a personal touch to every visit. A special shout-out to Nick. He is always super friendly, professional, and goes out of his way to make customers feel welcome. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for great service.“

“I write a lot of reviews but I often overlook the “little things” that make my day... like the Starbucks at the grocery store! The baristas here are so nice and always make my drink right. They know my usual ... #ScarlettSuggests ... a grande skinny vanilla latte made with coconut milk served at 99°F. ☕️??“

“I ordered the new Tropical Butterfly Lemonade Refresher(which was absolutely amazing by the way) and was waiting a about 10 minutes, which is no big deal i wasnt concerned about the wait, I felt very relaxed in this store! As an apology for the wait(which again, i was not upset about) i got a 4$ gift card which made my day! The staff here is absolutely brilliant!! Thanks to all the staff that worked today!!“

“I come to this Starbucks all the time and the staff has always been awesome. Today though, Ryan went above and beyond. I came through the drive-thru and when I made it to the window, he realized my order had been made wrong. He acknowledged it, apologized, and without me asking, fixed the order. I appreciated it so much that he had paid attention and provided excellent customer service!“

“Super friendly staff at this Starbucks attached to Smith's Food. A quaint older unit, but super comfortable. Ordered a hot chocolate with a fast turnaround.NIce stopover while grocery shopping. The unit has outside advertising to spot easily. They keep a steady flow of customers. My thanks to the crew. Recommend this unit.“

“I would like to thank Diana for her amazing service always so sweet especially with it being so early! She always has a smile on her face and customer service is top tier! Just left from here she recommended me a drink and it is so good 😊
Please let her know she is amazing addition to your team.“

“Great location! I mistakeningly ordered a drink for someone else and I stated the incorrect order. I noticed after and they remade the order without hesitation. Amaretto and Natalee were awesome and went above and beyond to help make our day!“

“Visited on Veteran’s Day as a veteran myself. Before ordering, I needed to use the restroom and noticed it required a code for access. When I asked for the code at the counter, I was told, rather curtly, that restroom use was only for paying customers. After mentioning that I was a veteran and requesting the complimentary coffee, I was then provided the code. It would have been a much smoother experience if I’d simply waited a few moments, like 12345, before approaching the counter to order.“

“I prefer this location over the standalone store around the corner. Although it’s inside Albertsons, the baristas here are WAY nicer and the lines aren’t as long! There’s even seats to the side if you want to sit and take a break. Overall, I just have a better experience and less chance of my drink being incorrect here. Every person has always been really sweet and polite. I’m super glad this location is here and the managers who train have consistently done a good job.“

“Check out that “light ice” that’s exactly what I’m talking about when I order light ice. This location knows how to do it! My regular drink order tastes perfect. I’m rarely on this side of town, but if I ever am, I will definitely order from the Starbucks again.“

“Great local Starbucks. This location is newer and is located in a busy area. It opens early, and the staff are on point. I ordered two coffees and picked up a few things from the front of the store display. The staff were friendly, and my coffees were made within 10 minutes.“

“I’ve been to this location twice now, and the customer service is truly top-notch! Johnny is so friendly and genuinely seems happy to be there. He’s always upbeat, smiling, and makes you feel really welcome.

The drinks taste amazing, and the place is very clean.

My only downside is that a venti latte runs about $12 — but since it’s inside the casino, that’s pretty expected. Overall, great drinks and excellent customer service at this location!“

“Branded Ritual Starbucks at Vons – Pecos & Windmill, Henderson, NV

Some places serve coffee. This one serves connection.
I’ll say it loud: I’m a Starbucks junkie—and proud of it. But not just any Starbucks. The one tucked inside Vons at 2667 E Windmill Pkwy, near Pecos. This crew? They’re in a league of their own.
They know me by name. They remember my drinks. They greet me warmly—even when I bump into them outside the store. They never miss a beat, never get my order wrong, and when I ask for a “surprise me” drink? It’s always a hit. Every time.

Service That Sticks
They ask how I’m doing. How my family’s doing. They make space for real conversation in a world that’s rushing past. In today’s Vegas, that kind of care is rare—and worth celebrating.

Shoutout to Jay
Jay, you make a mean drink and you’re sweet as sugar. You’re part of why I refuse to go anywhere else.

Bonus Perks
Special Starbucks parking. Easy access. And a team that turns a coffee run into a ritual of joy.

If you’re in the area, stop in. See what I mean. No disappointments here—just warmth, flavor, and the kind of service that stays with you long after the last sip.“

“I love this location! The staff are nice, helpful, friendly, and fast working. I've never gotten an order, drink, or food item wrong or messed up. Whenever I have questions regarding the app or something else I get a drink here and ask them about it. They provided relevant and valid information, unlike other locations. Sadly, seating has been taken away but that's fine by me. Wish they could add some more decorations in the corner or walls to brighten the mood. Overall amazing place to grab a cup!“

“Jen and her team are the literal sweetest people ever. I had ordered my drink at this location online and I had went to the wrong one (was running really late to work so I didn’t have time to go back) and I called to cancel because the Starbucks I went to wouldn’t make my drink and Jen felt so bad and told me to come in the next day to grab it and apologized. Their team is so sweet and I love that they’re my local starbies😋“

“I'm doing this review because of the young guy with pink wild hair. I don't know his name but he is an asset to the company for sure. Great attitude and amazing personality. I go to Starbucks all over Henderson and Las Vegas so I can say is the best Starbucks employee hands down! Thanks for being awesome pink hair guy 😎“

“Had mostly everything you could possible need which it’s self amazing. It’s nice and reasonable food, gas? Desserts, cookies meat you would die for and most of the time there to feast on. There ‘s no comparisons. They win the ballgame hands down in my opinion. Always, busy busy busy check it out. The place is huge but they’re accommodating and willing to help. When you check ok the food woman and men have no agenda zap zap zap out the. Door never a hassle since those security guns be packing automatic fire“

“Odel provided outstanding service for me TODAY! He was multi-tasking and answered my inquiry about my order and saw it sitting on the pick up counter, and immediately packed it up. YAY! Appreciate You ODEL. I hope I got your name right 🤓“
