“I want to thank these ladies working today and my last couple of visits. I’m pregnant and pretty far along. I order my drinks and sit and wait. I’m in no rush at all and these ladies go out of their way to bring all my drinks to me so I am not having to keep getting up for each drink. They also get me straws and make sure the door is held open for me as I leave. It’s wonderful that they go above and beyond for a complete stranger. “I come to this Starbucks all the time and the staff has always been awesome. Today though, Ryan went above and beyond. I came through the drive-thru and when I made it to the window, he realized my order had been made wrong. He acknowledged it, apologized, and without me asking, fixed the order. “I prefer this location over the standalone store around the corner. Although it’s inside Albertsons, the baristas here are WAY nicer and the lines aren’t as long! There’s even seats to the side if you want to sit and take a break. Overall, I just have a better experience and less chance of my drink being incorrect here. Every person has always been really sweet and polite. I’m super glad this location is here and the managers who train have consistently done a good job.“

My only downside is that a venti latte runs about $12 — but since it’s inside the casino, that’s pretty expected. Overall, great drinks and excellent customer service at this location!“

“Visited on Veteran’s Day as a veteran myself. Before ordering, I needed to use the restroom and noticed it required a code for access. When I asked for the code at the counter, I was told, rather curtly, that restroom use was only for paying customers. After mentioning that I was a veteran and requesting the complimentary coffee, I was then provided the code. It would have been a much smoother experience if I’d simply waited a few moments, like 12345, before approaching the counter to order.“
