“This is my favorite Starbucks shop out of all the ones I’ve been to. Every time I visit, the staff are always so friendly. Last time, I saw them cleaning, and I was really impressed by how well they maintain the place and keep it clean.“

“I haven’t been to Starbucks in a very long time because I usually make my coffee at home, but I had a hair appointment nearby and decided to grab something quick. The Egg White & Roasted Red Pepper Egg Bites were the first thing that caught my attention, and they were actually really good!

Bryan helped me at the drive-through and was so kind. He made friendly conversation while I waited for my food, and he has the most soothing voice, he should seriously consider narrating audiobooks or starting a meditation podcast!

“Hands down favorite location in Henderson. Very quick. Most of the employees are kind but a few don’t ever use common courtesy; hello, thank you, have a nice day etc. The girl with colorful hair is the sweetest. A girl with dark hair, ponytail bangs, glasses and piercing is just unpleasant. Keep her out of the drive thru, nobody needs that negativity with their coffee. That type of attitude shouldn’t be working with the public, have her make the drinks.“

“I came here with my 3 kids to get the whole family drinks and they were very quick and considerate with the service. Great workers and kind people Everything tasted great and was made perfect. The young gentleman Bryn got us everything we needed, and was very kind to my kids very respectable man. There was another girl that was too very nice. Had a great convo about school. “Be aware that they close at 8pm and start telling customers in the lobby that they close at 7:40pm. Made for a rushed experience to close out the day. Other than that it is consistent and I love that you can get free refills when staying in the dining area.“

“Nice store with lots of interior seating and clean restrooms with a super long code. Haha The staff are so friendly and nice, they helped answer some questions and I tried one of the refreshers with boba, which was perfect for a hot summer morning. The breakfast burrito with potatoes, eggs, cheese, bacon, and sausage was warm and super filling. This was a great stop between doctor’s appointments, as this area has a lot of medical centers. Spacious and clean parking lot and easy to access Durango or Badura.“

“Excellent customer service. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. Junior at the order counter was excellent, caring and very helpful. He showed hubby how to redeem the reward points for merchandise. There was minimal wait to order and recieve drinks. Interior was neat and clean. The seating was comfortable. There is a drive up. Parking is onsite with handicap access.“

“I’ve been here multiple times over the years and it’s always a good experience. The staff are awesome and attentive easy to work with. All the drinks are a little expensive. It’s worth it if you need a place to work for a few hours or if you’re meeting up with people“

“I just wanted to give a big shout-out to the amazing Starbucks crew at 7855 Blue Diamond Rd—Jaime, Krys, Malia, Trevor, Mae, and Izzy. I stop by almost every morning before work, and it’s always great to be greeted with warm smiles, an awesome atmosphere, and the fact that they make awesome drinks every time. I truly appreciate how they remember our names. Definitely a 5-star team!

“Lately I have gotten some really bad service when Im out shopping. Starbucks is one place you get a sure good experience. This starbucks is close to home and a breath of fresh air. As soon as the door opens you hear welcome in! I appreciate the staff and the kindness I feel coming in or diving thru. Just a heartfelt thank you for providing great service because it truly is not so easy to find these days.“

“The coffee is not very good. Not a single barista knows the proper proportions for an Americano. They fill it with water all the way to the top. An Americano should be balanced. Adding more water to an espresso does not make the coffee taste better. And why do you prepare coffee using two paper cups? Ask the manufacturer to make thicker cups for hot drinks“

Service is efficient. Baked goods are fresh (Lemon Poppy Seed Cake.) Coffees are not overly burned. Had two (2) strong, five (5) Espresso shots Caramel Macchiatios.“

6:00 am today I got an early morning start, decided let me find a Starbucks. I pay attention to reviews, and pay attention to what seems like what would be right for me to visit.

I must say the sandwich was one of the freshest sandwiches I have ever had, and it’s been years of the same order. Due to catching it first thing in the morning (could be have played a part) but nonetheless it was very good. I was very respectful to the 2 older ladies inside, and they showed my respect back. That alone is why they are getting me to very detailed review from me, I’m very big on customer service & respect to everyone I meet.

“5 stars for this Starbucks. I’ve only come here twice to read and take notes while my son is tutoring in the area. Today there was an incident with some teenagers that had gotten out of school. They came to Starbucks got free water and then proceeded to throw their trash all over the drive-through also throw water at each other above my head while I sat and read my book. When I turned around and confronted them, they all verbally assaulted me. Thanks to one of the employees Kenyan, inside he came out to my defense. I can’t imagine what these workers deal with on a daily basis from these kids nowadays. I’m so grateful he was there to protect me. I don’t blame Starbucks for not giving free water out anymore. Maybe it will make people appreciate something if they have to purchase it.“

“Greetings reader! I have experience with both inside and drive through at this location. While, for the most part, the people are great and the drinks are good, I have had more than one experience of subpar drinks and less than spectacular service. Don't get me wrong, there are quite a few spectacular baristas, however, 4 stars is a perfectly adequate rating for this establishment.

Don't let this review dissuade you. But, on occasion, you will need to have your beverage remade.

“This Starbucks is found within Target, along the Las Vegas boulevard. It's a small outlet, but it's good enough for a grab and go. They also sell cups and accessories, like any other Starbucks outlets would. Straightforward place with straightforward needs, don't expect too much.“

“Clean restaurant and patio area outside. Lots of parking as it’s in a relatively quiet strip mall and tucked in the corner.
The washrooms are clean.
Staff were pleasant without being over the top. Had three on staff and they were managing the slow pace of the 9:30am lull. Nice to see them cleaning in the slow time.

“This is a very nice Starbucks located inside the Silverton casino. It is beautifully decorated and has a nice comfortable seating area.They have very friendly employees ( especially guys who work there) . They are very nice and always welcoming.We have never had any issues at this store.“

“This Starbucks offers both excellent coffee and outstanding service. The brownie I ordered literally melted in my mouth, it was perfectly warm and absolutely delicious. The coffee was just as wonderful! “Manager and staff is great. Experience was overall great. Similar problem yet not the same to the one's I'm running into as I go along. The outlets are a bit loose or not working properly at some sitting areas especially where the couched area is located. If I knew how to properly change them I would have offered the help, I just can't do electrical.“

“I recently visited Starbucks and had an amazing experience thanks to Anel! I ordered two drinks and mentioned that it might be tricky to carry them back to work without spilling. She went above and beyond by putting the drinks in a smaller carrier , bagging them professionally, and even adding stickers to prevent any spills. This kind of thoughtful, attentive service really makes a difference. Anel is a gem, and her dedication to customers truly stands out!“
