“My newborn son has been in the hospital for the past month now. When me and my husband have the ability to we buy snacks for the unit. We went to this location to grab a traveler for the unit - Dom, Eli, and Meg made our trip extra special tonight. We can’t thank your team enough and I wanted to let you know the hospital loved it. Your kindness left a really big impact today in our hearts and reminded us that there’s earth angels everywhere.“

“Starbucks Barista Ms. Paisley was awesome! I wanted to try the new Berry Blondie and asked for her advice, she asked me if I wanted it on a plate, I didn't know that was an option 😁, So Yes on a plate and I can place the used plate to the Return Cups and Dishes Bin by the Recycle Bin. I also learned that I can get decaf on the spot! learned two (2) New things today!! Thank You Ms. Paisley for You Exceptional Customer Experience, You are an example of what Starbucks is All About!!!“

“I understand Starbucks changed their chai tea formula about a month ago (again), and this was my first time trying the hot chai since the update. The verdict is still out, but overall, it was pretty good. I even complimented the barista on how well it was made.

The new approach seems to remove the sugar from the base, allowing you to customize sweetness by adding syrup if you want—or keep it sugar-free while still enjoying the chai flavor. I ordered mine with almond milk and no water, and I was told that with the new recipe, no water is needed at all.

The barista did a great job, and the drink turned out really well. I’ll continue ordering the chai and just hope the consistency stays the same from location to location.“

“This was the friendliest Starbucks location I've ever visited! I used to be a partner, and I know how busy the morning rush is. Even so, each guest was personally greeted up on entrance, and staff brought bakery items to our table after we ordered.“

“Be aware that they close at 8pm and start telling customers in the lobby that they close at 7:40pm. Made for a rushed experience to close out the day. Other than that it is consistent and I love that you can get free refills when staying in the dining area.“

“Beautiful interior designing! 1st Starbucks in Vegas with home-comfort style furniture! They do have outlets/plug access along the walls. It's still a great place to wifi (being laptop, study, etc).

We used this space to wait for our RSVP wait-list for 888 Japanese BBQ Encore, just doors down from here. Staff was friendly and attentive. Drink came out fast.

Love the style. Very comfortable. Good for larger groups. There is outdoor furniture too. This Starbuck's layout is huge! Great for multiple groups. Two living-ish spaces with couches and cushioned seating, two large long tables, booth seaing to couples tables along the walls.“

“I didn't drink coffee most of my life because I don't like how it tastes, but I needed a coffee and I asked the barista for his advice. He recommended a drink that would wake me up, while not being too sugary. I really appreciated his knowledge and service.“

“As I was walking up to the door, a Barista noticed me and opened the door from the inside to let me in the Starbucks, the nice young man greater me and of course Welcomed me in with a genuine smile! I was taken back by that because most Starbucks Baristas are super busy with Mobile Orders, Drive Through, Etc. Later I found out that the Barista that opened the door was Auggie.
I also noticed that it was just Barista Auggie, Every one of the Baristas were just an energetic, kind and Friendly at this location! Who ever the Supervisor or Manager of this Starbucks Location has got it down to a WONDERFUL Coffee ☕ Experience! When I am on that side of Vegas, I will definitely stop in for a drink and snack, but I really felt kike a Valued Customer! Thanks Auggie and ALL the Baristas for a PERFECT Cup of Coffee ☕ and a relaxing time to forget about how bad my day was previously... Oh I forgot to add that I ordered a Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakfast sandwich, another Barista brought it to my table, Awesome Service that was not expected since they did call my name but was busy on the phone 📱😅“

“The staff working at 9:00 a.m. on March 3rd was absolutely atrocious. I went in there to pick up an order and they never acknowledged or asked me what I was there for. They just got me while I stood there waiting and waiting and waiting. I didn't want to be rude and intrude upon them so I remained patient. Finally after 23 minutes of waiting I stood up and reached for a bag which had my name written on it, the girl screamed at me that I couldn't touch it. Well thank God that I did because it was my order that had been sitting there for 23 minutes straight. Unbelievable. This is probably the fourth bad experience I've had at this location in the past eight days.“

“I’ve been here multiple times over the years and it’s always a good experience. The staff are awesome and attentive easy to work with. All the drinks are a little expensive. It’s worth it if you need a place to work for a few hours or if you’re meeting up with people“

kitchen floors are sparkling!

Service is efficient. Baked goods are fresh (Lemon Poppy Seed Cake.) Coffees are not overly burned. Had two (2) strong, five (5) Espresso shots Caramel Macchiatios.“

“I just wanted to give a big shout-out to the amazing Starbucks crew at 7855 Blue Diamond Rd—Jaime, Krys, Malia, Trevor, Mae, and Izzy. I stop by almost every morning before work, and it’s always great to be greeted with warm smiles, an awesome atmosphere, and the fact that they make awesome drinks every time. I truly appreciate how they remember our names. Definitely a 5-star team!

“The coffee is not very good. Not a single barista knows the proper proportions for an Americano. They fill it with water all the way to the top. An Americano should be balanced. Adding more water to an espresso does not make the coffee taste better. And why do you prepare coffee using two paper cups? Ask the manufacturer to make thicker cups for hot drinks“

“Lately I have gotten some really bad service when Im out shopping. Starbucks is one place you get a sure good experience. This starbucks is close to home and a breath of fresh air. As soon as the door opens you hear welcome in! I appreciate the staff and the kindness I feel coming in or diving thru. Just a heartfelt thank you for providing great service because it truly is not so easy to find these days.“

“The Buffet at Bellagio is absolutely amazing. The food selection is impressive, fresh, and beautifully presented, with so many great options to choose from. Everything tasted high quality, and you can really tell they put care into the details.

The seafood, carving station, desserts, and international dishes were all excellent. The atmosphere was elegant but still comfortable, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal.

This is definitely one of the best buffet experiences in Las Vegas. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Bellagio or looking for a great dining experience on the Strip.“

“This Starbucks has an outstanding team. The staff is genuinely welcoming, and the manager went above and beyond, he truly stands out as a superstar. I’m planning to move to the area, and this location is honestly one of the reasons I’m considering buying a home nearby.“

“I like this Starbucks because it’s always quiet and not very busy. One barista with dark hair and glasses is excellent. Always friendly and makes my drinks perfectly. Unfortunately, during my visit today, the younger brunette barista made my drink poorly and the service felt extremely rushed. I will return to this location, but not when she is working.“

“Greetings reader! I have experience with both inside and drive through at this location. While, for the most part, the people are great and the drinks are good, I have had more than one experience of subpar drinks and less than spectacular service. Don't get me wrong, there are quite a few spectacular baristas, however, 4 stars is a perfectly adequate rating for this establishment.

Don't let this review dissuade you. But, on occasion, you will need to have your beverage remade.

“I come to this Starbucks almost every weekday before school, and they’re always so nice and welcoming. They’re super quick, always get my order right, and even with mobile orders they’ll check in and ask your name if they see you waiting too long, which I really appreciate.

Today is what made me want to write this. I accidentally dropped my drink right after leaving and spilled it everywhere. I went back in with the cup, and one of the workers immediately was like “don’t worry, I got you,” remade it, offered napkins, and even wrote “so sorry” on my new cup. It was such a small thing but it honestly made my day.

I work in fast food too, so I know how hectic it can get, and the kindness here really stands out. Love this starbucks 🫰“

“I only review when I 100% stand behind my review. I am a big Starbucks member, been loyal since 2018. I been to Starbucks all cross California & a few in Nevada. I’m always looking for great taste, and most important the customer service that I receive.

6:00 am today I got an early morning start, decided let me find a Starbucks. I pay attention to reviews, and pay attention to what seems like what would be right for me to visit.

I must say the sandwich was one of the freshest sandwiches I have ever had, and it’s been years of the same order. Due to catching it first thing in the morning (could be have played a part) but nonetheless it was very good. I was very respectful to the 2 older ladies inside, and they showed my respect back. That alone is why they are getting me to very detailed review from me, I’m very big on customer service & respect to everyone I meet.

The staff here is fantastic.

I've had to come here almost every day for about 7 weeks now and even though I'm sure they're tired of me, they treat me great.

“5 stars for this Starbucks. I’ve only come here twice to read and take notes while my son is tutoring in the area. Today there was an incident with some teenagers that had gotten out of school. They came to Starbucks got free water and then proceeded to throw their trash all over the drive-through also throw water at each other above my head while I sat and read my book. When I turned around and confronted them, they all verbally assaulted me. Thanks to one of the employees Kenyan, inside he came out to my defense. “I only come here when I'm already getting groceries but the staff is friendly, they have a good amount of merchandise to look at and they get you your drink promptly which I really appreciate in comparison to a lot of other Starbucks locations.“

“This Starbucks is found within Target, along the Las Vegas boulevard. It's a small outlet, but it's good enough for a grab and go. They also sell cups and accessories, like any other Starbucks outlets would. Straightforward place with straightforward needs, don't expect too much.“

“I've been coming to this Starbucks location for a couple of years now and the service is pretty good, but it can be slow at times. The parking lot is usually always packed, so I tend to go through the drive-thru to avoid all of the chaos. Today I decided to go in to order my drinks and the wait wasn't too bad, so that was a plus. The barista that took my order was very nice and I ordered a grande Iced Toasted Coconut Latte and a venti Iced Double Berry Matcha. I've had these speciality drinks before and they're usually really tasty. It took quite a while to receive the drinks but they came out perfectly made, so I guess it was worth the wait.“

I was disappointed to learn, however, that as a Licensee and not a "company store" I could not use my large number of Rewards Stars to make purchases. Also note that the prices are high in keeping with general resort pricing.“

“Clean restaurant and patio area outside. Lots of parking as it’s in a relatively quiet strip mall and tucked in the corner.
The washrooms are clean.
Staff were pleasant without being over the top. Had three on staff and they were managing the slow pace of the 9:30am lull. Nice to see them cleaning in the slow time.

“This is a very nice Starbucks located inside the Silverton casino. It is beautifully decorated and has a nice comfortable seating area.They have very friendly employees ( especially guys who work there) . They are very nice and always welcoming.We have never had any issues at this store.“

“Big thank-you to Starbucks Lake Mead! I accidentally placed my order at another store, but needed to pick it up here. When I arrived, Manager Michelle and her staff were ready to help. They smiled, checked my name, and said, “No problem—we’ve got you.”

They worked with the other store and fixed everything in minutes. My drink was made right, and I didn’t have to do anything extra. No delays. No stress. They even offered a lid, napkins, and a straw, and asked if I needed anything else. The store was clean, and everyone was kind.
