Starbucks in Las Vegas

“Nice store with lots of interior seating and clean restrooms with a super long code. Haha The staff are so friendly and nice, they helped answer some questions and I tried one of the refreshers with boba, which was perfect for a hot summer morning. The breakfast burrito with potatoes, eggs, cheese, bacon, and sausage was warm and super filling. This was a great stop between doctor’s appointments, as this area has a lot of medical centers. Spacious and clean parking lot and easy to access Durango or Badura.“

“I passed by four starbucks to get to this starbucks. They're fast friendly.Even got to know my name never had a bad drink from them. If you want quality service and a smile this is starbucks go to this one highly recommended. And trust me, I've been to enough Starbucks in this valley in California and Hawaii. None can compare with this one.“

“I’ve been here multiple times over the years and it’s always a good experience. The staff are awesome and attentive easy to work with. All the drinks are a little expensive. It’s worth it if you need a place to work for a few hours or if you’re meeting up with people“

“Be aware that they close at 8pm and start telling customers in the lobby that they close at 7:40pm. Made for a rushed experience to close out the day. Other than that it is consistent and I love that you can get free refills when staying in the dining area.“

“I only review when I 100% stand behind my review. I am a big Starbucks member, been loyal since 2018. I been to Starbucks all cross California & a few in Nevada. I’m always looking for great taste, and most important the customer service that I receive.

6:00 am today I got an early morning start, decided let me find a Starbucks. I pay attention to reviews, and pay attention to what seems like what would be right for me to visit.

I must say the sandwich was one of the freshest sandwiches I have ever had, and it’s been years of the same order. Due to catching it first thing in the morning (could be have played a part) but nonetheless it was very good. I was very respectful to the 2 older ladies inside, and they showed my respect back. That alone is why they are getting me to very detailed review from me, I’m very big on customer service & respect to everyone I meet.

“I just wanted to give a big shout-out to the amazing Starbucks crew at 7855 Blue Diamond Rd—Jaime, Krys, Malia, Trevor, Mae, and Izzy. I stop by almost every morning before work, and it’s always great to be greeted with warm smiles, an awesome atmosphere, and the fact that they make awesome drinks every time. I truly appreciate how they remember our names. Definitely a 5-star team!

“5 stars for this Starbucks. I’ve only come here twice to read and take notes while my son is tutoring in the area. Today there was an incident with some teenagers that had gotten out of school. They came to Starbucks got free water and then proceeded to throw their trash all over the drive-through also throw water at each other above my head while I sat and read my book. When I turned around and confronted them, they all verbally assaulted me. Thanks to one of the employees Kenyan, inside he came out to my defense. I can’t imagine what these workers deal with on a daily basis from these kids nowadays. I’m so grateful he was there to protect me. I don’t blame Starbucks for not giving free water out anymore. Maybe it will make people appreciate something if they have to purchase it.“

“This morning I tried to grab a nitro, only to find out the person from yesterday's shift forgot to prep it, and they were out. But Isabelle truly saved the day! She was amazing and felt genuinely terrible about it. I told her it wasn't her fault, since someone else dropped the ball, but she made it right. Huge thanks to Isabelle for sorting it out!“

The entire staff is great! They always know their customers and remember my complicated drink orders, and they welcome me so warmly. They never disappoint.

When I order through the drive-thru, it feels like they know exactly who I am. That means more to me than they know. The manager is awesome, too. Thank you to the whole team!

This is the best Starbucks in Vegas. I’d rather wait until I get home to visit my neighborhood Starbucks than go to any other Starbucks in Las Vegas.“

“Hands down favorite location in Henderson. Very quick. Most of the employees are kind but a few don’t ever use common courtesy; hello, thank you, have a nice day etc. The girl with colorful hair is the sweetest. A girl with dark hair, ponytail bangs, glasses and piercing is just unpleasant. Keep her out of the drive thru, nobody needs that negativity with their coffee. That type of attitude shouldn’t be working with the public, have her make the drinks.“

“That Izzy girl made great conversation, and ensured my drink order was correct. She made a big smile on my face when she went above and beyond when I was having a bad day when she told me her favorite drink and it was surprisingly yummy! She is a great addition to that team!“

“I have been going to Starbucks for 18 years. Would you please ask Yahzae at the Flamingo Las Vegas location to remember to smile every time she serves people at the cash register. She never smiles or says thank you. It’s such a turn off. She could learn from Roberto who genuinely values every customer he serves. Thank you“

“This is my favorite Starbucks shop out of all the ones I’ve been to. Every time I visit, the staff are always so friendly. Last time, I saw them cleaning, and I was really impressed by how well they maintain the place and keep it clean.“

“CLEAN, efficient, spacious, plenty of parking. Both the bathrooms AND
kitchen floors are sparkling!

Service is efficient. Baked goods are fresh (Lemon Poppy Seed Cake.) Coffees are not overly burned. Had two (2) strong, five (5) Espresso shots Caramel Macchiatios.“

“The coffee is not very good. Not a single barista knows the proper proportions for an Americano. They fill it with water all the way to the top. An Americano should be balanced. Adding more water to an espresso does not make the coffee taste better. And why do you prepare coffee using two paper cups? Ask the manufacturer to make thicker cups for hot drinks“

“A typical Starbucks set-up in the JW Marriott, supported by friendly and efficient staff. I was disappointed to learn, however, that as a Licensee and not a "company store" I could not use my large number of Rewards Stars to make purchases. Also note that the prices are high in keeping with general resort pricing.“

“I came here to study for my CSET test to become a teacher. I worked in the cafe for about 4 hours and the staff were so wonderful and friendly. I’ll definitely be back, as I visit my parents often who live nearby. Thank you to the wonderful staff for being friendly and welcoming! “Shoutout to the girl handling orders solo until her coworker started her shift. She was single-handedly handling a small line and someone had the nerve to give her attitude and left the line (& her soy sauce behind). The employees at this location are the only Starbucks location workers I ever enjoy encountering, honestly. They keep a positive attitude and the drinks are quick and correct. Have a beautiful day!“

“Excellent customer service. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. Junior at the order counter was excellent, caring and very helpful. He showed hubby how to redeem the reward points for merchandise. There was minimal wait to order and recieve drinks. Interior was neat and clean. The seating was comfortable. There is a drive up. Parking is onsite with handicap access.“

“Greetings reader! I have experience with both inside and drive through at this location. While, for the most part, the people are great and the drinks are good, I have had more than one experience of subpar drinks and less than spectacular service. Don't get me wrong, there are quite a few spectacular baristas, however, 4 stars is a perfectly adequate rating for this establishment.

Don't let this review dissuade you. But, on occasion, you will need to have your beverage remade.

“Clean restaurant and patio area outside. Lots of parking as it’s in a relatively quiet strip mall and tucked in the corner.
The washrooms are clean.
Staff were pleasant without being over the top. Had three on staff and they were managing the slow pace of the 9:30am lull. Nice to see them cleaning in the slow time.

“Unique stand-alone location serving-up all the standard items.

We came by for some refreshment during the recent LV Book Fair and really enjoyed this location. It occupies it's own corner downtown and has adequate parking. They have a drive-thru but we went inside for coffee and a snack.

Everything was clean and well-stocked. The staff was friendly fast.“

“I stopped in this morning to grab my coffee and really just wanted to share a review of the people more than the product. I think we all have a strong idea of the quality of Starbucks food and beverages and it doesn’t require more commentary. I got my coffee this morning from Bre-Bre again. She always gets my order right, but most everyone there does that. What makes her special is the way she interacts with customers. She is that favorite person you count on seeing every week that just makes you happy by being around them. Everyone there is great. But she’s the reason I come back time and time again.“

“Manager and staff is great. Experience was overall great. Similar problem yet not the same to the one's I'm running into as I go along. The outlets are a bit loose or not working properly at some sitting areas especially where the couched area is located. If I knew how to properly change them I would have offered the help, I just can't do electrical.“

“We are here almost every morning and the entire crew is amazing. From Anthony the manager, to Becca and Kyle. Our son also goes here every day and they know all of us. They are all very helpful since we are disabled, they've walked drinks out to our car. They've remade drinks when we've stumbled and had a bit of a spill. They know we want water with our coffee every morning. When we get there in the morning it's like walking into to Cheers everyone knows your name. Then they say goodbye as you leave. The drinks are always very tasty and have a friendly little message. Even our service dog gets a message on his pup cup. We actually will go out of our way to come to this location, even if we are going the other direction. I could continue to go on an on, but mostly just go in and say hello, you will be happy you did.“

“I like this Starbucks because it’s always quiet and not very busy. One barista with dark hair and glasses is excellent. Always friendly and makes my drinks perfectly. Unfortunately, during my visit today, the younger brunette barista made my drink poorly and the service felt extremely rushed. I will return to this location, but not when she is working.“

“I visited this Starbucks multiple times in the morning while staying at the Palace Station. Its location made it convenient for me, especailly in the morning. My mom is not an early riser, so I would often get up early and order a coffee while she slept in. That staff there was very friendly and it was nice of them to remind me that could a free refill with my reciept and use of the app. On the downside this location is priced a little higher than those back home. all of that being said this location was nice and will continue to frequent when staying at the Palace Station.“

I always have a good experience here in my orders always correct I’m only leaving four stars because I went there tonight at 10:40 and I saw two people inside, but when I went through the drive-through it said closed even though their hours say they’re open till 1130.“

She then asked what she could make for me, and me being difficult because my order usually is because of my pickyiness she got my drink perfect and if you want a perfect dry cappuccino with cinnamon, then Jinger is the one to go too. I’ve been to so many Starbucks but this one from the customer service to the consistency of how good the drinks are, it’s just always there!
