“Convenient location at Camino El Norte and W Ann Rd. We opted for drive up located in back of parking lot. Menu was well posted. Micheal was cheerful, patient and professional in taking our order. The wait was under 5 mins for pick up. They were well organized and efficient.“

“The service was good, especially considering how slammed they were. But the atmosphere was a bit uncomfortable, the older Asian lady was bickering with the younger girls for having a drink.. I understand if that’s against policy but it seems odd to be starting arguments while the place is packed. Makes for uncomfortable environment.“
“I didn't have a good experience. The drink that I order at least 3 times a week was make a lot different. The lady gave me a venti size cup with a third of the cup empty. And another third taken up by Kohl. So I probably got 1/3 of coffee. She told me the drink I ordered "Normally comes in a tall".. Soooo why did she sell me the Venti? I always order venti size and my cup is filled. I also ask for it upside down but I didn't even get cold foam... I already drove to their location. Which isn't in my area, but in order to have my drink replaced, customer service had me tap dancing, giving the store a number giving the time sending a copy of the receipt. I was not impressed. There are a lot of other things I could. Do if I was cheating other than get a starbucks drink. I know it may be protocol, but they never asked me for it before. They just asked for which store. I have it on my app but it was a lot to waste my gas not to get the drink I asked for and when I inquired. The lady seemed unwilling and unyielding as if she knew I was wrong about the drink I get all the time. She didn't say anything after placing the drink on the counter she just walked away...“
“As a local, I have been coming to this lovely little spot for years. It is always clean, and the baristas are always ready to make my order. They serve you in a friendly and quick manner. I don't think I have ever witnessed them being out of a product. You cannot use points here, but you can use gift cards both on and off the app. To visit this Starbucks, go inside of the Aliante casino and head toward the medley buffet. It is right next door to the buffet. There are many bathrooms nearby, including a unisex bathroom that is across the floor from this Starbucks. There is seating inside this Starbucks: three tables that seat two people, one table that seats four people. All tables have outlet access. Writing rating: 4/5 study and writing spot, with points removed due to noise level and occasional busyness (families stay at this hotel, so sometimes they bring their small children in here when they grab caffeine on their way in or out of the hotel).“
“The coffee is great the barristas are eager to please the line can get a little bit do do so many people buying their coffee at this particular Starbucks they'll buy it using Uber and I don't know it's the card I don't know what all but it's very popular and you when you think you ordered and your drink will be ready in ten or fifteen people could show up in front of you having already ordered either online or through one of the delivery service companies but it's still really quick it's not like it's a long wait however the amount of chairs and tables is very limited and so expect to stand if it's crowded and the atmosphere is very nice to people are really wonderful like they would be at a coffee shop it's just that there's not a lot of acreage so you'll have to find some place to plant and usually that's in your car on your way to the next place. the to go window is efficient and is adequate alternative to going inside the parking lot is not that big but it seems that people who drink a lot of coffee are able to navigate just about anything to get that coffee so don't you worry your head a little bit about that anyway get on down to the Starbucks at the corner of losee and Craig excellent job they banged out of blond Nitro for me just last time I was there that's a blonde shot the bond is the highest caffeine cuz it's the lowest roast it's also really smooth and sweet and then they put that in the Nitro which is that use some kind of carbon dioxide to push the coffee is like a super press and it's really delicious and then I asked for a large cup because I don't like the coffee to be better and then they go ahead and put in 2/3 of a cup of half-and-half cuz I like it white and I like it cool I want to be able to drink that puppy right away and I wanted to have the desired effect of kicking my head into full gear all the way in the fourth hammy one slot shot! Okay ru slingers out there and get on down to Starbucks and get yourself some!Parking: Okay so there aren't that many parking spaces per-say however they're coming and going in a really fast pace and there is parking right across from Starbucks and there's also parking down and up and away as well typically what'll happen is you'll be a little bit of congestion but people's nerves don't get frayed cuz they got the coffee and they're happy campers are happy drivers.Wheelchair accessibility: Well it's not like I've seen a parade of wheelchair-bound people but yeah there is room and yeah you can get in and there's even a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Oh and I forgot to mention they've got all kinds of accoutrements like a coffee cup sit-in thermoses to keep things hot or cold and just a whole plethora of things coffee that you could buy for Christmas or Thanksgiving or New Year's or a birthday.“

“My husband and I go here about once or twice a week and the service and drinks are always great. During peak hours they do struggle sometimes because it can get REALLY busy, which can increase wait times to 30 minutes instead of the usual 3-5 minutes, but that's a staffing issue, even when busy they are often kind and efficient.We always see Kailey and she makes us feel welcomed and remembers our orders and names:) Overall, and great Starbucks, and it's why it has become a regular weekly treat.“
