Starbucks in North Las Vegas

“They have changed their name and menu. They non longer have carbonara and are phasing out the delicious Tuscan potato soup. This is a huge mistake as these were the best things on the menu. We have long been customers but bad decisions like this will probably limit our patronage.“

“I love this location. 3-4 times a week I go there after EOS workout to relax, catch up on emails and do work on computer. Manager V and his staff are Super Duper, Friendly, Professional, and Polite. It is always clean and inviting. Most importantly the girls always remember my drink, sometimes my Oltimers kicks is 🤣! Senior Friendly places mean a lot to me. Keep up thw great work V!!“

“I came into this Starbucks on 3/18 after another location had given me the wrong drink out of the drive-thru - I hadn't realized it until I took a sip after I was on the freeway halfway across town. The baristas were all incredibly friendly and made the correct drink I had ordered, complimentary.“

“Sat in with a friend. Chatted for quite awhile. Nobody made us leave, but they certainly didn't make us feel welcomed to linger. Cleanliness gets a 4 star. Noise level was oddly high lol but it did seem they were stocking a truck delivery... Perhaps.
I don't typically go to this location, but it does seem to have improved since last in.

“The day I went was CRAZYYYY. Crazy in the drive through and crazy inside. But they were extremely efficient in trying to get all the orders through. Also I thought it was really sweet—amidst all the chaos, who I’m assuming was the manager, said, “good job team” and it made me smile. Great team work and awesome that the manager was encouraging. Loved my midnight drink. Definitely my go to store!“

Great service overall but there was one guy working the counter that made a smart speck comment to me when I told him I appreciated stirring my drink. I won’t mention his name because it doesn’t seem like it was his first time getting away with talking freely like he did.

Why bother making a case.“

“This is by far me and my kids' favorite Starbucks location. I stop by before dropping my kiddos off to school and we are always met with the same faces with a friendly smile, making our mornings a lot more better. My daughter refuses to go to another Starbucks. She said she loves the grilled cheese at this specific location. Not only that, the orders are always perfect. Keep up the great customer service! You guys are awesome!!“

“Like a kodak photo booth within a busy parking lot. That was the Starbucks coffee hut at one time. A moment on time that represented a good reason to wake up and start your day. Although the Seatlle branded coffee has proven bestly served at anytime of the day. A tale as fitting as a green mermaid tail. Especially on this particular day. National coffee day.“

“I did a Uber eats pick up and the customer wanted something difficult done. The barista Morgan went above and beyond to make that customers day. I’m glad I could be the middle man to Pass the information on so that Morgan could make the customer happy“
