I went this store 3 different times and had consistently disappointing experiences.
During my most recent visit this afternoon, I placed my order through the app about 25 minutes in advance. Despite ordering ahead, I still had to wait about five minutes after arriving before receiving my drink.

No inside seating only drive through and a window for ordering.
Great service, the iced peach tea was great!

Starbucks Coffee Company is a place with great customer service, where the staff is described as very sweet, nice, cheerful, and quick with a great work ethic. The location is efficient, being super quick even on a busy Saturday afternoon. For many, it represents a good reason to wake up and start the day, with Seattle branded coffee bestly served at any time.
Specific drinks receive praise. The matcha latte with brown sugar, nondairy salted caramel cold foam, and oat milk is called absolutely fire. The Matcha with strawberry foam is also loved. However, some items can be out of stock, like strawberries for the pink drink or boba for the refreshers. Other drinks, like the Tea, may not be sweet at all. A key favorite at this location is that the staff mixes drinks perfectly, with perfect ingredient proportions, so it tastes exactly right every time, unlike other locations where drinks are served in unmixed layers.
