Customer service is great. I go here at least four or five times a month. Reliable top quality food and drinks.
Baristas tend to take their time there. Establishment seems unkempt. Even on down days, the place looks dirty and neglected. Starbucks used to have such a vibe with their Ella Fitzgerald music softly playing in the background, calm environment and clean and polished tables and floors. Somehow through the years, it's lost its charm.
Food and drinks are good. It just amazes me how there are so many people working and it takes forever to get your order. Many people I know that go here have the same complaint. They need to be more efficient

One employee, Neilani, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind despite a very busy store, working faster than everyone else and multitasking like a pro. Another reviewer appreciated the kindness shown to them and their partner while on shift as a paramedic. Overall, the coffee tastes great, and the store has the nicest interactions, though attention to order details needs improvement.
