I was told today that it's ok for the top 1/4 of my hot mocha to be missing. Since when? I'm there 4-5 days a week for the past 10yrs and this is new to me.
I am a regular here (talking almost everyday) this morning 7/24 I pull up to the window and the girl asked what I wanted, gave her my order and there was a 30 second pause. Then she repeated my order I said yes. I pull up to the window and the window opens. She doesn’t say hi doesn’t greet me anything. The coffee was Starbucks coffee not bad but not great. The staff were not friendly at all. Instead of engaging customers, they talked loudly to each other about a bad experience they had at a place that they recently stayed, while cursing about it and periodically stopping the coffee process to continue their story to each other.
